This news actually shocked me a little. Not that I didn?t fully expect LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian to get married - I did, and I bet LeAnn was dumb enough to do it without a prenup too. No, what shocked me is that they managed to get married without a lot of hoopla, on a Friday afternoon/evening, before a holiday, and one week before The Wedding of the Century (Prince William and Kate Middleton). It?s almost like? LeAnn was trying NOT to be a famewhore. Odd, right? Oh, well. Now the deed is done so I suppose we can start the official countdown for Eddie?s infidelity:
It’s official: Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes are husband and wife!
“LeAnn and Eddie were happily married today surrounded by their closest family and friends,” the bride’s spokesman, Rhett Usry, confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. “They thank everyone for their well wishes.”
Country star Rimes, 28, wore a Reem Acra gown as she and actor Cibrian, 37, exchanged personalized vows on Friday in front of about than 40 guests, including Cibrian’s sons Mason, 7, and Jake, 4, from his previous marriage.
The couple had led friends and family to believe that they’d been invited to an engagement party, but surprised the guests by tying the knot at the intimate ceremony held at a private home in California.
“I’m looking forward to settling down,” Rimes recently told PEOPLE of her impending nuptials. “Settling into our life.”
The couple got engaged in December when Cibrian proposed with a 5-carat diamond ring from jeweler Brent Polacheck, who also crafted their wedding bands.

By the way, a lot of people are talking about LeAnn?s new interview for this show, Great American Country. LeAnn played the victim card over and over again. Here?s some of what she said:
On her divorce from Dean Sheremet: ?I know I didn?t do it the right way. I didn?t have the tools to know how to do it the right way, how to let go the right way. I?d never been taught that?I think I felt really abandoned - I think abandoned is a really good word - because of our divorce. Not only that, our divorce became so much bigger because it was so publicized.?
Learning from her mistakes by screwing Eddie: ?I have the strength [now] but I didn?t at the time? So, it got really messy, but I have learned a lot from that. And I?m not glad it happened, but I know why it did.?
The ?double standard? for country music men: ?[Country music] has such a double standard. You know, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash and all these guys. God knows what they did back in the day? And if a woman did it, you never were accepted or forgiven. But if it was a guy, it was just their life? It?s quite interesting to have to navigate those waters as a woman in this business.?

Solidifying their love for one another, LeAnn Rimes tied the knot with Eddie Cibrian in Malibu, CA on Friday (April 22).
The country singer and her actor beau held a private ceremony at a local residence - surprising guests with the nuptials after the 40 attendees were expecting an engagement party.
With Cibrian's sons Mason, 7, and Jake, 4, from his previous marriage to Brandi Glanville among the onlookers, Rimes' spokesman, Rhett Usry, told People on Friday evening, "LeAnn and Eddie were happily married today surrounded by their closest family and friends. They thank everyone for their well wishes."
The "I Do's" come after the pair fell in love on a TV set in 2009, with Rimes divorcing dancer Dean Sheremet last summer (2010), while Cibrian and Glanville began legal proceedings to end their union in September (2010).
Talking about the then-strenuous situation, LeAnn recently said, "I know I didn't do it the right way. I didn't have the tools... It got really messy but I have learned a lot from that. I'm not glad it happened but I know why it did."

Instead of shutting up about her whole messy cheating/divorce debacle, LeAnn Rimes continues to seek attention by explaining why she’s a husband-stealing tramp. Us Magazine says,
It’s been over two years since Us Weekly first broke news of LeAnn Rimes’ extramarital affair with Eddie Cibrian — eighty-sixing both of their marriages — and the country singer, 28, isn’t afraid to own up to her mistakes.
“I know I didn’t do it the right way,” Rimes says of falling for her Northern Lights costar in “Backstory: LeAnn Rimes,” a new special airing Sunday on the Great American Country channel.
“I didn’t have the tools to know how to do it the right way, how to let go the right way. I’d never been taught that,” she says of cheating on then-husband Dean Sheremet with Cibrian, who was then wed to Brandi Glanville, mother to his two sons. (She and Cibrian, 37, are now engaged; Sheremet is also engaged to girlfriend Sarah Silver.)
“I have the strength [now] but I didn’t at the time? So, it got really messy, but I have learned a lot from that. And I’m not glad it happened, but I know why it did.”
She adds: “[Country music] has such a double standard. You know, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash and all these guys. God knows what they did back in the day? God I hate that touchy-feely crap about not having the “tools” to know how to end your marriage. It’s called “taking a backhoe to your husband’s Harley that he loves waaaay more than you”. If your husband isn’t demanding a divorce after you do that, then I don’t know what would.

A couple weeks ago, LeAnn Rimes was criticized for looking “super skinny” in shorts while singing the National Anthem at the NCAA game in Houston.
To prove to the haters that she doesn’t have a weight problem, she concocted a series of tweets that prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that she isn’t starving herself.
“LOVE Thin Mint Cookies! I never know where to buy GS Cookies, so I’m always elated when someone I know has them! Love Thin Mints frozen!”

Making their way through LAX airport hand-in-hand, LeAnn Rimes and fiance Eddie Cibrian arrived on a flight from Houston earlier today (April 5).
The country superstar, who was making her way back from singing the National Anthem at the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship the previous night, sported a dark pair of sunglasses, a green two-tone cardigan, and flowy light green dress as she and her actor beau hit the exits.
The sighting comes as speculation over the bride-to-be's health grew to new heights at last night's event - as Rimes' super-slender figure took center court.
When controversy first surfaced about her appearance last month, LeAnn instantly went on the defensive by tweeting: ?Maybe it's time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL #joke," and ?I don't care about the dumb articles. I know how healthy I am. Maybe those people should start taking care of themselves... inside and out.?

The ?How Do I Live? songstress looked frail and gaunt as she strolled out onto the court in a white Dolce & Gabbana dress.
And an insider says that LeAnn?s weight issues are causing her friends to step up and share their worries with her.

Good news for Eddie Cibrian because who listens to a woman during an argument anyway? At least now he can stare at her fake tits while he’s not paying attention.

First, the grossness factor: LeAnn?s crazy, ridiculous, emaciated body. Can you imagine trying to have a fight about money (or Eddie?s mistresses) and having to see that body? When CB and I discuss LeAnn, just the two of us, my argument was always that Eddie had kind of crappy taste in women, and that he could only get hard for really trashy girls. But it?s reached the point where I have no idea how Eddie gets hard at all. I mean? ugh, no, I won?t go any further. Let me just say that this advice probably only works if you look like Sofia Vergara. Can you imagine arguing with a naked Sofia? That is HOT.
Second, the absurdity factor: I realize that LeAnn just put this little thing on her Twitter to be funny, but let?s face, she?s dumb enough to try it. So what “friend” told LeAnn this dumb strategy? Probably a “friend” named “Grandi Blanville.”
Third: “When that rarely happens.” LMAO. Girl, just wait. Eddie will come home, smelling of tequila and cherry-flavored lube, and IT WILL HAPPEN.

Never ones to shy away from packing on the PDA, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were ever the loved-up couple at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Monday (March 28).
The country crooner and her former "CSI: Miami" actor fiance shared a heartfelt kiss as they passed through the security checkpoint en route to their outbound aircraft.
The trip out of town comes as Miss Rimes has been under the gun over claims that she's taking her pre-wedding diet too far.
Of the criticism, LeAnn recently fired back by tweeting "Maybe it's time for a nude pic, so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL #joke." She continued, "I don't care about the dumb articles. I know how healthy I am."

Making an attempt to rid themselves of future drama, LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville both want to move forward on a positive note.
The ?Can?t Fight the Moonlight? singer tweeted on Sunday (March 20), "As a collective unit, Brandi and I would like all negativity to cease toward one another.?
?We have communicated and have a direct understanding that we are ONLY ourselves on Twitter and have no other accounts that try to destroy one another," the post continued.
Rimes also wrote, ?Please for our families' sake stop the hate now and let us live OUR lives. We don't need opinions or outside help in order for that to happen."
The singer, who is engaged to Glanville?s ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, have been dealing with fans who are impersonating LeAnn online and sending nasty messages to Brandi.
