Here are some photos of Zendaya this week in New York, making the final push for Challengers (which is out today). I love this white, wide-legged jumpsuit so chic, so flattering. Zendaya and her Challengers costars have spent the past month (or longer) zigzagging around the world, premiering and promoting the film. Zendaya?s boyfriend Tom Holland hasn?t been around that much in the past month, mostly because he?s working on a play in London (Romeo & Juliet). He did attend the tennis tournament in Indian Wells with Zendaya last month, which was really cool. Tom and Zendaya didn?t walk any red carpets for the film though, which is fine with me I never doubted that they were still together, and they seem to keep their work stuff separate. But I still had questions about their relationship they?ve been together for years already, and it wouldn?t surprise me if they?re talking about their future in a real way. Well, People Mag has an exclusive.
Tom Holland and Zendaya may be envisioning a future together as husband and wife.
There has been talk of marriage, and that is a reality, a source tells PEOPLE.
The British actor and the Emmy-winning Euphoria star, both 27, met making their trilogy of Spider-Man movies together. Since then, theyve kept their off-camera romance mostly private.
They are not the kind of stars who put their lives together out there on social media for the most part, explains the source.
Both are private, says the source, who adds that attention on them while in the public eye has never been easy or comfortable for either of them.
For, Zendaya, whose film Challengers hits theaters this weekend, and Holland, who stars in Romeo and Juliet on Londons West End in May, work is important to both and that keeps them busy now, adds the source. Reps for both actors did not immediately respond to PEOPLEs requests for comment.

Aw. I hope they do get married! But only if that?s what they really want. My feeling has always been that Tom is just completely, crazy-in-love with Zendaya. And she loves him too, but she?s more reticent about it, maybe? We think of both Zendaya and Tom as so young, like they?re both just ?kids? but they?re both 27 and they?ve been together for so long. It would feel natural if they just quietly got married at some point.

Zendaya, Josh O?Connor and Mike Faist cover the current issue of Variety, all to promote Challengers. While Variety interviews the actors, the piece is also about the strange journey this film has had for the past two years. What was supposed to be a more art-house drama about a tennis love-triangle has gotten the promotional rollout of a potential blockbuster, and that?s after producers pushed back the release date because of the strikes last year. I also learned something new: the screenwriter developed the script after watching the 2018 US Open women?s final, the disaster which unfolded between Serena Williams and chair umpire Carlos Ramos, where Naomi Osaka ended up winning her first major title. Zendaya on filming the threesome scene: ?The only reason I really remember is because Beyonc came out with ?Break My Soul? that day. I was having a great day, like, ?Y?all. Beyonc?s single just dropped.? That?s what I was focused on, to be honest.? Josh O?Connor: ?We lost Zendaya for like a week. She was on set, normal, chatting with us. Then one day Beyonc released something. They called ?cut,? and she immediately had headphones in. She was completely lost to the world.?
Zendaya on how this is more than a tennis movie: ?It?s a movie, and it?s tennis, but it?s not a tennis movie. It?s much deeper. Tennis is just a metaphor for a lot of bigger sh-t. For power. For codependency. They?re using tennis as their device to get these things out of their system. It?s the only way they know how to communicate.?
Zendaya became tennis-obsessed though: ?I?m watching tennis as we speak. I?m watching Wimbledon.? As Novak Djokovic triumphed over Andrey Rublev, she said, ?I was not a tennis person before this. All I really knew was, like, Serena and Roger Federer. So I just threw myself in there. I?ve pretty much seen every video, every match that?s online. It became my thing.?
O?Connor on getting fit: ?I find gyms incredibly tedious. I get bored very quickly. I always catch myself in the mirror, and I?m like, ?You look so pathetic. You look rubbish holding your weights. And out of your depth.? So I just never really lasted.? But he?s so built in ?Challengers,? he felt proud to wear a sleeveless shirt in the final tennis match in the film. The competition and camaraderie motivated him to get in shape. ?There?s a piece of equipment that measures how strong your abdominals are. And Zendaya had the best abs of the three of us by a long way. I remember me and Mike laughing, but we were also furious and desperately trying to improve our strength.?
Zendaya on the racial element to the script: ?It?s very clear to her that she?s coming into a place of privilege and access that she clearly didn?t grow up with, so she enjoys fking with them about it. All of her background is riding on her shoulders. It?s clear that she?s had to fight her way in, and is dealing with it on the daily, what it means to be a Black girl in that space. Tennis means more to her than it does to them; it?s not just something she decided to do because ?I had the luxury of getting tennis lessons as a kid.? This is it for her. This is what?s going to take care of herself and her family and the future. There?s so much riding on it.?

As I read more about the film, it feels like there?s one big ?tennis flaw? in the script the idea that Zendaya?s Tashi would be this amazing young player and everyone knew she was on the verge of becoming a superstar, AND she was putting that on hold to go to Stanford. That? rarely happens. I don?t think that?s ever happened in tennis?s open era. Someone as good as Tashi would have turned pro at 16/17, if not before. As for Zendaya becoming tennis-obsessed? I love it. I love the idea that she?s watching all of the YouTube highlights videos and doing deep dives into Serena Williams and Justin Henin?s rivalry. Some people have suggested that Zendaya might have even used Jelena Ostapenko as an inspo for some scenes. I HOPE SO!

I genuinely hope that last night?s LA premiere was the final piece of the Challengers promotional tour. Not that I?m tired of Zendaya?s many sartorial adventures, but I just think these actors are exhausted. They criss-crossed around Europe last week, even turning up in Monaco for the men?s tennis tournament (they watched one of the men?s semifinals) at the Monte Carlo Country Club. The way Challengers has done promotional tie-ins with various tennis tournaments is sort of amazing too Zendaya has turned up at more major tournaments in the past two years than several top players.
Anyway, here are some pics from the big LA premiere. Zendaya wore a custom Vera Wang ballgown which? is not my favorite look from the tour. It?s very princessy, which is fine, but it also has kind of a weird Lady Marmalade vibe which clashes with Challengers? It?s the lace on the bodice, I think.
Zendaya also changed into this Celia Kritharioti dress which fully makes her look like she?s wearing a tennis ball.

Zendaya had so much fun on the Dune 2 promotional tour in February and March, and the tour sort of overshadowed a lot of awards season stuff too. Now, weeks later, she?s on yet another tour, this one for Challengers. You know she?s tired. I bet her stylist Law Roach is tired too. Which might explain why there?s sort of a low-energy, going-through-the-motions vibe to this. I?m not saying Zendaya looks bad or over it, but there?s just a vein of exhaustion running through this tour. Keep in mind, before the SAG-AFTRA strike, both Challengers and Dune 2 were supposed to be released last fall/winter.
Anyway, these are photos from Saturday in Paris. They did two photocalls (one indoor, one outdoor) and a premiere. The Parisian color palette was chartreuse, celadon and white, and Zendaya wore Louis Vuitton for all of her appearances. She?s the latest house ambassador for LV, although her contract doesn?t seem to be exclusive (she wore many different designers during the Dune 2 promo).
So, thoughts on all of the LV looks, plus Zendaya?s newly lightened hair? She?s been going lighter in recent weeks, but she?s pretty much blonde now. The combination of the blonde hair, the somewhat ?prim? Louis Vuitton looks and the fact that she?s promoting a tennis movie? I think they?re trying to make her look like a cute heiress who spends half the time at the tennis club. I think my favorite look is the ?pajama suit? in chartreuse those are some of the best LV pants I?ve ever seen. My least favorite look is the premiere gown?the weird ?belt? and the princessy styling, it?s a big ?eh? to me.

As someone who will be seated for multiple viewings of Challengers, I?m not pleased by how little energy Mike Faist and Josh O?Connor are bringing to the promotion. These photos are from the first premiere event for Challengers, which was held this week in Sydney, Australia. Zendaya flew her ass to Australia for this?? And Josh and Mike can?t even bring some drama or chemistry to the photos??
Zendaya?s green ?tennis dress? in these photos is from Loewe and I?m surprised that it?s so? straight-forward and themed. People are in love with this dress and I just find it kind of obvious. I mean, it?s flattering and sexy, but I hope Zendaya and Law Roach play around a little bit more with her promotional styling for this film. Josh is also involved with Loewe (he?s modeled for them) so I hope he gets some interesting looks for the tour as well. People are also talking about Zendaya?s newly lightened hair. It looks good? I like that she didn?t go too light.
One cool thing about Zendaya?s Challengers promotion is that she?s been showing up to big tennis tournaments for much of the past two years. I think she?s become a legitimate fan of the sport. She was just in Indian Wells last weekend for the men?s and women?s finals there, and she posed with Iga Swiatek after she won the women?s title.
Josh and Mike really saved all of their flirty energy for the screen and nothing more!

I would love to know what Zendaya?s contract for her Louis Vuitton house-ambassadorship looks like, because I honestly think that Zendaya is so powerful in the fashion industry, LV couldn?t even get her contractually obligated to wear their stuff at big events. Zendaya turned up at the Oscars in this Armani gown, and I?m sooo grateful that she didn?t have to wear LV. For many of you, Zendaya was one of the best-dressed of the evening, and for me, she was maybe? top ten? Not my fave, but I do like this the more I see of it. It has great angles and I love that Zendaya went very ?classic Hollywood? with her styling.
Lupita Nyong?o also wore Armani apparently, this was a custom look done for Lupita back in 2020, but it?s been sitting in Armani?s archives until now. She brought it out for the tenth anniversary of her Oscar win, and it?s meant to look like a throwback to her iconic Prada gown in 2014. Stunning! Beautiful! Her date last night was her Quiet Place 3 costar Joseph Quinn.
Annette Bening also wore Armani. I fking love this, y?all. She looks snazzy and comfortable and I would wear that coat/robe everywhere, with everything.

The cast of Dune 2 has taken the opportunity to dress up in the most futuristic or ?alien? styles they can find, to mixed results. It?s cute though, especially with the women trying to compete with Zendaya. Last night was the New York premiere for Dune 2 and Zendaya wore this Stephane Rolland Haute Couture look. Once again, I?m grateful that Z?s brand ambassadorship with Louis Vuitton doesn?t mean that she has to wear LV exclusively. Law Roach is definitely finding some interesting stuff for her and I think this looks cool.
Florence Pugh wore Valentino there have been so many variations on the ?half-sack? dress, with the loose sack dress up front and the business (structure) in the back. This is a good variation, and Miss Flo?s makeup is wild.
Rebecca Ferguson as a goth princess/queen.
Anya Taylor-Joy wore Maison Margiela if you told me this was another Dior, I would have believed you. I?m also including pics of a Prada-clad Timothee Chalamet and Austin Butler (who wore eye makeup). Austin also posed with Sting, who played the same character, Feyd Rautha, in the previous movie. Austin wore Haider Ackerman!

Here are photos from the huge Dune 2 premiere in London last night. The whole cast turned out from the look of it, including ?surprise? cast member Anya Taylor Joy. There were rumors that Anya turned up at some point but her appearance at the premiere ended up confirming it. She dressed in her best sandworm chic, aka get-thee-to-a-nunnery Dior.
No one was paying attention to poor Anya though, not when Zendaya came to play. Zendaya did two different looks for the red carpet, first showing up in a robot ensemble. This is Mugler and yes, her ass cheeks were out when she turned around. It?s a lot of look, as Tim Gunn likes to say. It would feel more on-theme if Zendaya was playing a robot or someone robotic, but her character is a flesh-and-blood Dune resident (don?t ask me, I?m no expert). After the robot ensemble, she switched into a slinky black Mugler dress.
Zendaya?s sartorial shenanigans also overshadowed Florence Pugh, who I would argue was the actual best-dressed person there. Miss Flo wore this stunning Valentino with a hooded cowl neckline. I love it, I love everything about it it feels Dune-y and futuristic but it?s still just a beautiful dress, appropriate for a red/sand carpet. The color is gorgeous.
Other notable fashion moments: Timothee Chalamet wore Haider Ackermann. It?s meh, which is disappointing. His style had been so great at all of the photocalls, it makes me wonder if he or his stylist mixed up the looks and Timmy was supposed to wear this to the Paris photocall or something. Lea Seydoux wore a very boring Louis Vuitton, and Rebecca Ferguson wore an optical illusion (??) Fendi dress.

Zendaya has been attending Paris Fashion Week events in recent days. On Thursday, she stepped out at the Fendi show. Fendi gave her the best dress! Of course they did, she?s Zendaya. I actually love this dress the color is gorgeous, the design is lovely and it ?walks? well. She paired this dress with Louboutins and Bulgari jewels.
The problem is still those dreadful bangs. I will say this Zendaya can pull off any look, including these Vulcan bangs which make her look like Spock. She can do anything. But why would she do THIS? She had the same Vulcan bangs at the Schiaparelli show earlier this week. Given the mismatched hair color, I assume these are clip-in bangs which Zendaya decided to rock throughout PFW. What a weird ?trend? to try to force.
Meanwhile, Law Roach has styled her throughout her PFW events. Law Roach may have quit the ?celebrity stylist for hire? game last year after the Oscars, but he would never quit Zendaya. One thing I?ve wondered about for months though: does Law think Zendaya?s ?house ambassador? gig with Louis Vuitton is a bad idea? Probably not, because Zendaya is apparently not contractually prohibited from attending other runway shows.
Bonus: Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava were also at the Fendi show.

Here?s a fun story to start off your week. The Cutest Celebrity Couple, Zendaya and Tom Holland, were spotted playing basketball at an Oakland, California middle school over the weekend. They were there alongside actor and basketball player Elvin Rodriguez, Harlem Globetrotters player Sam Diaz, former Bachelorette contestant Christon Staples, and more as a part of an event organized by local nonprofits. Pictures and videos show them shooting hoops, making speeches, doing tricks, and hugging children.
Celebrity couple and Spider-Man costars Zendaya and Tom Holland made a surprise visit to an Oakland middle school on Friday, where they showed off some basketball skills to a crowd of onlookers.
Photos and videos posted to Zendayas Instagram story show the pair in her hometown, attending a basketball game at West Oakland Middle School. They were there as part of a event organized by local nonprofits Hoopbus and Project Backboard.
In Zendayas story, Holland is seen dribbling a basketball and wearing a T-shirt by local clothing brand Oaklandish that reads, Oakland Roots. A video posted by Hustle actor and basketball player Elvin Rodriguez shows Zendaya assisting him with a layup on the court.
Another video posted by Regular Hoops shows Harlem Globetrotters player Sam Diaz teaching Holland how to spin a basketball.
Hoopbus operates out of a retrofitted 40-foot yellow school bus that is driven around the country. Members teach students about racism and racial inequalities via basketball demonstrations. Project Backboard renovates basketball courts at public schools using colorful, large-scale artwork.
I just came to say hi to all of you, see your beautiful faces, and have a great time, Zendaya said in a speech given to the crowd.
Zendaya was raised in Oakland and attended Oakland School for the Arts.

I love this so much! I checked out Zendaya?s, Rodriguez?s, and a bunch of other Instagram accounts that posted pictures and stories from the event over the weekend and it looked like everyone was having a blast. Personally, I really enjoy stories like this, where lowkey celebs show up to a community event, don?t act like divas or a-holes, raise money or awareness for a good cause, and don?t have any ulterior motive. Bonus points if they have ties to the community.
Tom and Zendaya have reportedly been together since 2021. They keep their relationship pretty private by Hollywood standards and never seem thirsty for attention. I don?t think they walk a lot of red carpets together, either, which respect but I wish they would! It looks like the most public thing they tend to do is comment on each other?s Instagram posts with lovey-dovey emojis. I do hope they start doing more things like this together. It makes me like them even as a couple even more than I do now.
