Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas took their First Year of Marriage Love Tour to Europe over the past few weeks. They were in Cannes for the film festival, and they walked a few of the red carpets together. Then they went to London, where they were photographed a few times out and about. I?m including some Cannes photos and London photos in this post. Priyanka and Nick were seen out with his brothers, and beyond that, I have no idea why they?re in London right now. No one else knows why either, which might be why the Sun did a story about how Priyanka and Nick stopped by Frogmore Cottage to visit the Duchess of Sussex and Baby Archie. The Sun?s story was weirdly specific:
Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas were the latest to visit Windsor to coo over baby Archie. And they didn?t go empty handed ? the generous pair picked out a number of baby gifts from posh jewellers Tiffany.
A pal said: They thought baby Archie was just adorable and Meg is loving her new life. She looked fantastic and has taken to life as a mum swimmingly.
Priyanka is said to have picked out a number of baby gifts from posh jewellers Tiffany to give to Archie. One of the items from the shops infant collection is this 235 bubble blower.

This was supposed to be a ?see, they?re fine!? story, especially since the ?Meghan and Priyanka fell out? story got so much attention a few months ago. The claim was that Priyanka was mad that Meghan didn?t attend any of Pri?s twenty billion weddings, and Pri was sort of mad that Meghan is super-famous now. Something about how Priyanka lied about having a ton of work to do in LA during Meghan?s New York baby shower too. But sources later said that Priyanka and Meghan are fine, and Priyanka has even denied the feud story directly. So? is it weird that she also directly denied the ?she visited Meghan and Archie? story?

Here are some photos of Priyanka Chopra attending the Women in the World summit. I thought her grey suit was Dior, but it?s not it?s Ralph and Russo. At first I was like ?this is fabulous,? but on second look? I?m not crazy about the off-the-shoulder jacket, honestly. Anyway, Priyanka had a conversation with Tina Brown at the summit (it?s Tina Brown?s summit) and she talked about being a global icon, her charity work and of course her marriage to Nick Jonas. There?s one story getting a lot of attention, about how she didn?t even think she would end up marrying Nick but he surprised her:

?I?ve known him for two years. I didn?t think that this is what it [would?ve] turned out to be, and that?s maybe that?s my fault, I judged a book by its cover,? she told Brown. ?When I actually started dating Nick, he surprised me so much. I call him ?Old Man Jonas.? That?s my name for him, ?OMJ.? He?s such an old soul, extremely smart, so good for me because he grounds me so much. Chopra then went on to describe ?one of the first things that struck? her about Jonas during an early date together. Towards the end of their night out with friends, Chopra said she needed to leave due to a meeting, but continued to drop hints to Jonas in hopes that he would tell her to cancel her other commitment.
?Finally he took me aside and he?s like, ?Look, I?m not stupid. I know what you?re trying to do, but I will never be the one who will tell you to cancel work because I know how hard you?ve worked to be where you are. So if you could?ve canceled it, you would?ve done it. I?ll take our friends out for dinner, we?ll wait for you, and you finish your meeting and come back,? she recalled. I like the story about Nick acknowledging that his lady works and operates and that he?s more than cool with it. But the whole Old Man Jonas thing is just? weird. She?s a decade older than him (36 to his 26) and while I think Nick is probably mature for 26, let?s not go fking overboard. I also think women in their 30s (and beyond) need to stop referring to themselves as a ?wild child.? There is a time limit on that. It reminds me of Aaron Taylor Johnson and Sam Taylor Johnson, although Aaron and Sam have a more extreme age difference. But Sam has always talked about how her young husband is the ?old soul? who grounds her and brought family values to her. It?s just a weird dynamic with these younger husbands, my lord.

Priyanka Chopra has been in New York this week to promote??? Her latest film, Isn?t It Romantic, came out over a month ago. She doesn?t have any other films or TV shows she?s promoting. So I don?t know it?s possible she?s just promoting her various sponsorships and beauty contracts and such. Anyway, considering how many interviews Priyanka has done this week, I?m a little bit surprised that no one has asked her directly about her friendship with the Duchess of Sussex and whether they?re still friends. Several weeks back, Page Six?s sources claimed that Priyanka is super-mad that Meghan didn?t go to any of Priyanka?s 102 weddings and that?s why Priyanka didn?t go to New York for Meghan?s baby shower. I thought there was something there, especially considering Priyanka seemed to skip Meg?s baby shower for no real reason (Priyanka had vague things to do in LA). Now E! News? sources say that Priyanka and Meghan are totally fine.
Many have speculated the besties are experiencing a fall out, but that couldnt be further from the truth, according to a source.
All the rumors that Priyanka and Meghan arent friends anymore are totally not true, a source tells E! News. Priyanka and Meghan are still very close friends and they talk frequently. The insider adds, Meghan confides in Priyanka about the adjustments she has to make with being a royal.
For those unfamiliar, rumors began swirling their friendship was crumbling when the former Suits actress didnt attend Chopra and Nick Jonas wedding in January. To fuel the rumors even more, the 36-year-old actress was surprisingly absent from the Duchess of Sussexs New York City baby shower in February.
Just because Priyanka didnt go to the shower, or that Meghan couldnt come to her wedding(s), doesnt mean anything about their friendship, the source explains to E! News. Theyre still very close friends and Meghan considers Priyanka one of her closest confidants.

Meanwhile, Priyanka appeared on The View on Tuesday and she talked about how she can?t cook and she told Nick Jonas that when he proposed. She told The View: ?I can?t cook. And I told him that when he proposed. I was like, ?Listen, you?re from a good southern home, you?re used to your mom making you amazing food. You?re not marrying that girl. I cannot cook. I can make eggs, also sporadically, maybe at night.? I?m a terrible, terrible wife in that sense, but the most amazing thing when I told him that, ?Babe, I can?t cook and I hope you know that,? he said, ?It?s alright babe, neither can I.?? I don?t get the ?I can?t cook at all? people and I never have. I mean, you don?t have to be a professional chef nor is it required to love being in the kitchen, but knowing how to cook a dozen meals is just part of fking adulting. Stick some lemons up a chicken and throw it in the oven. Know how to cook pasta. Take the two minutes to learn how to fry bacon.

Meghan got to invite a lot of her friends and coworkers, so her side of the guest list was heavy on her Suits coworkers, and her celebrity friends like Serena Williams and Priyanka Chopra. Priyanka got a lot of mileage and attention out of her newly revealed friendship with Meghan. Then Priyanka got suddenly engaged to Nick Jonas and they went on to have a million weddings, receptions, ceremonies and parties for what felt like three solid months. Meghan did not attend any of those events. Then Meghan came to New York about two weeks ago for five days of rest, relaxation and a baby shower, all with her best girlfriends. Priyanka was a no-show reportedly, Priyanka was invited, but she had begged off because she was ?working.? But now Page Six reports that Priyanka is actually mad at Meghan and that?s why she skipped Meg?s baby shower on purpose:
The friendship between Priyanka Chopra and Meghan Markle has hit a rough patch, an insider says. The two actresses were pals, and Priyanka was a guest at Meghan?s wedding to Prince Harry in May. But the Duchess of Sussex declined to attend Priyanka?s wedding to Nick Jonas in December.
?Priyanka was crushed,? said one source. That?s why, my sources say, the Bollywood star, known to Americans as the star of ABC?s ?Quantico,? declined to attend Markle?s baby shower last week at the Mark Hotel. Serena Williams and Amal Clooney co-hosted the shower, with attendees such as Gayle King. It was reported that Chopra was ?bogged down? in Los Angeles with meetings about a book she is writing, but sources believe the real reason is that Markle hurt her feelings by not coming to her wedding. What?s more boring than Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas? twenty million weddings, ceremonies and wedding receptions? Hearing Priyanka talk about those millions of weddings and receptions in her publicity tour for? nothing. She?s on a Newlywed Tour, basically. She?s just going on talk shows to talk about being married and all of the weddings and sh-t. Like we weren?t there for all of it because she sold every fking detail to sponsors and magazines. So are we learning anything new? Well, there is this one thing: she?s changing her name. Well, she?s just adding Jonas to Chopra, so it?s not like we?re going to have to start calling her Priyanka Jonas (although that does not sound bad at all).
For Priyanka Chopra, adding husband Nick Jonas? last name to her own was never a question.

The whole ?should a wife change her name? thing is always such a big debate, among celebrities and normal people. I?ve shared my thoughts before I love my Indian name and I would hate to ever give up my maiden surname. It?s wrapped up in my own sense of my identity. But I also get that other women aren?t like that, and some women really do want to take their husband?s name for various reasons. I like that Priyanka isn?t hyphenating, she?s just tacking Jonas on to the end, and I feel like she won?t be mad if people call her by her maiden.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas spent all of November and December in a flurry of wedding preparations, pre-wedding festivities and at least a dozen weddings and wedding receptions. It was epic in a terrible, cringe-worthy way. And I know, if you have the money, those over-the-top wedding celebrations are a thing in many Asian cultures. But that?s just it it really was two full months of weddings and wedding sh-t, and all of it was sponsored. It was a tacky spon-con extravaganza. I?m still mad about it.
In 2019, Priyanka and Nick finally took a break from their non-stop weddings and IDK, maybe they went on a honeymoon at long last? Looking through her Instagram, they did go on a ski trip around New Year?s, so maybe that was it. They?re back in LA now, and they got pap?d at Craig?s in West Hollywood last night. I loathe her jeans. I had those jeans in 1996 too I hated them then and rarely wore them. It?s weird that they?re back in style.
Anyway, this is just a reminder that we?ve gone almost four full weeks without another Priyanka-Nick wedding. Which probably means they?re pregnant already. Just a guess.

I couldn?t even believe it yesterday Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra flew back to India for yet another wedding reception, this time in Mumbai. I honestly thought we were done with the month-long wedding extravaganza, and I thought that Pri and Nick had milked their nonsense for everything the promotional tie-ins, the sponcon with Amazon and Ralph Lauren and various liquor companies, the sponsored exclusives with Hello, People Magazine and Vogue. I prayed that we were done. We were not done. Priyanka and Nick has a ?second? wedding reception in Mumbai for her family, and her mother?s friends. And then you?ll never guess what happened. THEY HAD A THIRD WEDDING RECEPTION.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra continue to celebrate their love like stars. The newlyweds, who tied the knot in two ceremonies at the start of this month, carried on their post-wedding festivities with a third reception on Thursday in Mumbai, India. The celebration, reportedly for Chopras Bollywood colleagues and friends, comes weeks after the couples glamorous reception at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi, India on Dec. 4, followed by another in Mumbai on Wednesday.
Today, there was yet again no shortage of smiles as the couple posed for photographers, Mrs. Jonas donning a stunning Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla design. The actress sported a custom tulle skirt hand-embroidered with tiny organza and chiffon flowers and accented with crystals and beads, paired with a matching lace blouse and embroidered stole. Chopra accessorized with necklaces and let her dark tresses fall around her shoulders.

I give up. I?m giving in. From now on, I will disappointed if we go one week without Priyanka and Nick getting married again, or throwing themselves a lavish vow renewal every Friday, or hosting yet another wedding reception in every city on the planet. I can?t wait to see the Amsterdam wedding and reception. The Moscow wedding is going to be LIT. The reception in Denver will probably be a snooze. It?s also hilarious to me that Priyanka and Nick are literally setting up PHOTOCALLS for international photographers at every one of their wedding receptions. They?re promoting their marriage like a Marvel movie.

Here are some photos of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas in New Delhi, because I guess we haven?t gotten enough new photos of them in the past two weeks. Instead of quietly going on their honeymoon, they decided to attend the launch event for the Bumble app, which Priyanka is invested in, apparently. So? this appearance was sort of sponsored, in that Priyanka profits from Bumble becoming more widely known and used. I would expect nothing less from the sponcon extravaganza. According to YET ANOTHER EXCLUSIVE with People Magazine, Priyanka and Nick are headed off on a honeymoon somewhere, and they are thinking of babies:

The globe-trotting couple also has to decide where to call home. Here are a few photos of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas in Jodhpur, India, following their week-long wedding celebrations. I couldn?t even keep up with the oversaturated press about their weddings I trust that People Magazine and Vogue got the appropriate exclusives, and that Priyanka and Nick had their traditional Christian and Hindu weddings, and there was a puja and probably a dozen other ceremonies, rituals and parties. People Magazine says that the Hindu ceremony took place in Jodhpur on Sunday, and that Priyanka wore a red sari. Which is traditional many Indian/Hindu brides wear red, not white. PeopleMag also says that Nick wore a ?turban? for the Hindu wedding. Which? I?m not entirely sure if that?s traditional.
As we discussed yesterday, the coverage was over-the-top for these two from the start. I?m saying that as someone who actually liked both Nick and Priyanka (separately) from the beginning, but the OTT sponsorships and Vogue cover and Instagrams and People Mag exclusives were just TOO MUCH. That OTT aspect of their courtship, engagement and multiple weddings makes me wonder just how much of this was really real. How much of this was based on a genuine love and desire to be together and share the rest of their lives together? I honestly don?t know. What I do know? I also think they got some kind of Bollywood sponsorship, and they worked with Bollywood choreographers, set designers and staging experts. Take a look at the absolute PRODUCTION that went down:

It all began as a fierce song & dance competition between the families but ended, as always, as a huge celebration of love. Nick and I were looking forward to the Sangeet (musical evening), another pre wedding ritual.. and to see what each side had put together. And what a performance it was. Each family telling our stories through song and dance, filled with lots of laughter and love. Back in August, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas flew to India for their massive engagement party. Nick even brought his parents, and the families got to meet and there were blessings and the puja and a good time was had by all. I?m honestly still a bit shellshocked by this relationship, but the India trip was a confirmation for me: they?re really doing this.
