We’ve heard in the past that Nicole Kidman is not the most pleasant person to work with or for. The 20080 Andrew Morton Tom Cruise book painted her as cold and moody, and described how demanding and particular she could be. He wrote “If the jet wasn’t stocked with Beluga caviar and all the trimmings she appeared deeply irritated, exhibiting a jaded petulance. Nicole often seemed bored or disenchanted with her life as a Hollywood star, expecting a luxurious lifestyle as her birthright. She had no sense of wonderment about the world. So many wonderful things happened to her, but she had an enduring sense of boredom.” Nicole seems to be genuinely happy in her current marriage to Keith Urban and to have taken the stick out of her butt now that she’s a two time mother. If this article is accurate, and it probably is, I’m somewhat surprised to hear that she’s still as much of a pain in the ass as ever. According to a source on set quoted in the Enquirer, Nicole won’t even let crew members talk to her.
Nicole Kidman’s shooting her new horror film “Stoker” in Nashville, but crew members swear the real horror is Nicole! Reports [a] backstage spy…”Nicole is a real witch, and they’ve nicknamed her ‘Ice Princess.’ No one’s even allowed to speak to her, except for primary cast members, the director or producers. The other day she requested a glass of water and was furious when the person brought her water with ice in it. ‘I don’t drink ice water,’ Nicole bellowed, demanding a room temperature refill. Everyone’s walking around on eggshells to make sure ‘Her Majesty’ is not displeased.” In another bizarre incident, a prop person moved an umbrella she was using in a scene from one side of a table to the other. When they began to rehearse the scene, Nicole threw a fit over the minor re positioning and read the poor guy the riot act!

Nicole’s career is floundering. The last movie she was in was was that Trespass clunker with Nicolas Cage. So you would think she’d tone it down a little now that she’s no longer a huge star. Not so much, old habits die hard. They’re even filming in her current town and she can’t manage to be civil to the people she relies on.
Nicole’s husband, country singer and fellow Aussie Keith Urban, has just signed on to be a judge and mentor on the Australian version of The Voice. Urban lost his own voice temporarily after undergoing surgery for a vocal cord polyp. Polyps are common in singers and Urban is expected to make a complete recovery.

Nicole Kidman?s lips are attacking the world. I swear, the lip injections are getting out of control. What?s worse is, like Botox, lip injections are something you have to maintain, correct? Like you have to go in once a month and get your lips re-inflated. So Nicole Kidman makes a conscious choice, month after month after month to not only have a forehead that resembled marble, but to get THAT done to her lips. Rough.
But her body looked good. And I really do like this Jean Paul Gaultier gown, even though it looks heavy as hell and she sort of resembled a steel beam. Maybe that was the look she was going for? ?I want to look like an embellished steel beam. With inflated lips!? Yes, Ms. Kidman.
By the way, Nicole?s lips aren?t just content to attack from cushiony positions in America and Australia. No, Nicole is going to India. Allegedly, maybe. She?s in talks to star in Rumi Jaffery’s Gali Gali Mein Chor Hai, in a role that was originally offered to Shakira. This is what happened the last time Nicole tried to ?go Bollywood?:

Getting to work on their new film, Nicole Kidman and John Cusack were spotted on the New Orleans set of ?The Paperboy.?
The ?Australia? actress rocked a bleached blond hairdo and a tight green dress while the ?2012? actor donned a paisley shirt and khaki pants as they plugged away at their scenes.
As for the film, ?The Paperboy,? the plot revolves around a reporter who returns to his Florida hometown to investigate a case involving a death row inmate.
The thriller also stars Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron and is set for a 2012 release.

Enjoying an evening out, Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban attended the Cinema Society screening of "Snow Flower and The Secret Fan held" at the Tribeca Grand Hotel in New York City Wednesday night (July 13).
The 44-year-old actress, who looked absolutely radiant in a red cocktail dress by Elie Saab, was all smiles and she and hubby Keith rubbed elbows with the film's producer Wendi Murdoch and star Li Bing Bing.
The film, which is set in 19th century China, centers on the lifelong friendship between two girls who develop their own secret code as a way to cope with the cultural oppression they are faced with as women.
The Big Apple event was hosted by Donald's ex, Ivanka Trump, and fashion icon Diane Von Furstenerg.

Catching an outbound flight, Nicole Kidman was spotted at LAX International Airport yesterday afternoon (July 10).
The ?Moulin Rouge? actress was joined by her daughters Sunday Rose and Faith as she strolled past shutterbugs and made her way through the terminal.
On Saturday night (July 9), Nicole looked ravishing in an Elie Saab gown as she attended the BAFTA Brits to Watch Gala.
Earlier in the week, Ms. Kidman was back in her homeland of Australia along with the rest of her family.

These are some newish photos of Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban and their two girls at LAX yesterday, where they flew in from Sydney. Little Sunday Rose gets to walk all by herself (holding the hands of her parents), but little Faith Margaret gets carried because she?s only 6 months old. That makes sense? except? um, is this the right way to carry a six-month old? I don?t know much about babies, true, but are you supposed to just toss them, face-out, over your forearm like a sack of potatoes? I would only hold a baby like that if I thought the baby was going to barf on me - which might be Nicole?s rationale. Little Faith is all ?BAAAAAAARF?? and Nicole was like, ?Fine, have it your way.? Do mothers have these kinds of arguments with their babies? I?d really like to know.
Would you like to know why Nicole and Keith suddenly seemed to rush back to LA after only a brief visit to Australia? They?re going to meet Prince William and Duchess Kate! Yes, when Will and Kate come through California, the BAFTA organization (which I believe William is honorary president of) is throwing them a major gala affair Sunday night. And Nicole (and Keith?) have been invited! Also invited: Tom Hanks, Ginnifer Goodwin, Kristin Chenoweth, Derek Hough, and maybe Jennifer Lopez and Jack Black. Er? it?s not really star-studded, is it? I mean, Derek Hough? Seriously? I hope Will and Kate get to spend some time with some true A-listers.

With their holiday in the Land Down Under coming to an end, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were all smiles as they departed Sydney, Australia with their little ones on Wednesday (July 6).
The "Rabbit Hole" actress toted baby Faith Margaret in her arms while her country singing hubby held daughter Sunday Rose's hand as the fabulous foursome entered the terminal for the long flight back to the States.
During their stay in Aussieland, Miss Kidman enjoyed spending time with her family while also throwing Sunday an early birthday bash - as Nicole and Keith's eldest daughter will be turning three on Thursday, July 7th.
Meanwhile, the trip back to the U.S. comes as Keith is all set to head back on the road with big shows lines up this weekend at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday and Sunday night.

Ooooooh! Believe it or not, this is the first time we (this site) has gotten really clear photos of Nicole Kidman?s baby girl Faith Margaret, so this is a special treat. Nicole and her two youngest girls, Faith (in her mom?s arms) and Sunday Rose (walking on her own two legs) touched down in Sydney Australia and promptly got pap?d coming out of the airport. Both little girls look wiped out (it was probably a crazy long flight), and Nicole seems kind of punch-drunk, making cute faces at the paparazzi and the people around the exit.
I?m trying to figure out how old Faith is now? Nicole and Keith said in their announcement back in January that Faith was born on December 28, which makes Faith? exactly six months old today. You know what I love about Nicole these days? I know I?ve said it before, but it deserves to be repeated: now that she?s a 40-something mom with two young children at home, she?s really loosening up. She just seems? less frigid, you know? She used to be an ice queen, which I appreciated for a time. But I like this Nicole too - she just looks so happy. She looks like she drinks a beer sometimes, and carried lint-covered binkies in her pockets. This Nicole is better.
In other Nicole news, she?s in talks to replace Sofia Vergara (!?!?) in a new film, The Paperboy:
The Paperboy is running into some delivery issues. The drama, being directed by Precious helmer Lee Daniels, was to have starred Matthew McConaughey, Zac Efron, Tobey Maguire and Sofia Vergara, with production scheduled to begin later this summer. But Maguire dropped out of the project last week, throwing a wrench into the proceedings and causing the shoot to be pushed back. The delay then intruded on Vergara?s Modern Family shooting schedule, prompting her to drop out of Paperboy on Friday.
But the producers are acting quickly to buttress up the cast and are now in talks with Nicole Kidman to step into Vergara?s shoes. McConaughey and Efron are still in at this point.
Paperboy centers on a reporter and his brother who investigate the events surrounding a murder in order to exonerate a man on death row. Kidman, if her deal can be made, will play a woman with a dark side who writes letters to men on death row. She brings the case to the attention of the reporter, developing a relationship with him.
Kidman, repped by CAA and Media Talent Group, recently wrapped production on Hemingway and Gellhorn, HBO Films? romancer in which she plays war correspondent Martha Gellhorn to Clive Owen?s Ernest Hemingway.

Um? that film sounds terrible, especially given the ?talent? attached to it. Lee Daniels is a wonderful and underrated director, so why is he messing with this junk? This thing is Matthew McConaughey?s bread and butter, though, so I guess I should have expected it from him - that is, if he?s playing the reporter. If he?s playing the death-row inmate, that?s a different story. But what if Zac Efron is playing the death row inmate?!? Ugh. Nicole, don?t do it!

Showing off her darling baby daughter, Nicole Kidman toted little Faith Margaret in her arms as she touched down at Sydney Airport on Tuesday (June 28).
The "Eyes Wide Shut" actress looked startled as she eased through the Land Down Under terminal before showing off a big smile with elder daughter Sunday Rose also along for the trip to Australia.
Miss Kidman's return to her homeland comes amidst reports that she's being courted to replace actress Sofia Vergara in director Lee Daniels' new project "Paperboy".
While nothing is set in stone, The Hollywood Reporter tells that Nicole is closing in on a deal - with previously slated leading male Tobey Maguire also being replaced while Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron are still planned cast members.

When Sofia Vergara dropped out of the film last Friday, Lee Daniels, director of the upcoming ?Paperboy? movie, quickly took action.
Today (June 27), the Hollywood Reporter claims that Daniels is in talks to bring Nicole Kidman on board as Vergara's replacement.
That?s not all - with production scheduled to begin later this summer, the producers are hard at work buttoning up the loose ends, especially now that Tobey Maguire dropped out as well.
As of now, Maguire has not been replaced, but Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron are still on the roster list.
