She’s donning a black mini with white fringe and a belly baring black leather top, the “Party in the USA” songstress topped off her look with a heavy leather jacket and platform boots.
Later Miley Cyrus smiles as she is escorted out of Heathrow Airport on Wednesday morning in London, England.

Miley Cyrus gave a new interview to the Toronto Sun, and it’s mostly about her hair. I know, her hair! But we’ve all kind of stopped talking about Miley’s drastic haircut from last year since she’s been doing so many other attention-grabbing things like going grocery shopping in barely there outfits, twerking in a fuzzy diaper, and wearing a tacky grill. So I guess Miley wanted us to focus on the bigger picture again.
Miley talks about other stuff here too like her “We Can’t Stop Video,” which was of course both outrageous and cringeworthy. But in Miley’s mind, it all comes back full circle to her hair, and she’s very proud of being named #1 on the Maxim hot 100 with her ultra-short hair. This haircut was “life-changing,” y’all. You know, I heard that term twice at the salon a few weeks ago while I was saying goodbye to my highlights (I had to pay for the last time to cover them up because I didn’t want to end up with green hair) forever! We women take our own hair very seriously, and Miley is no exception:
She’s messing with all of us: “People don?t realize actually how pun-ny it is when I?m doing things. They?re like, ?It really feels like you can?t stop.’ ‘It is!? … What is making my (new) record consistent is the fact that (the songs are) all different and that?s where I am. I’m at a point where it?s like I know who I am, but I?m know that I?m not finished figuring that out and I won?t finished be until I?m in the dirt.”

Here is Miley Cyrus showing up at ?Good Morning America? in New York City.
The Disney star then chose a revealing cutout ensemble for her appearance on the show, baring her midriff as she sat alongside Ryan Seacrest and Karl Urban.
Afterwards, Miley attracted plenty of attention as she exited the Conde Nast building donning a navy blue sheer dress with no bra and white heels.

This is what Miley Cyrus has become — a parade of sensational outfits to make us talk about her on blogs, and obviously, this tactic is working. I guess it’s the pop star way, so I shouldn’t judge Miley so harshly for what her peers have been practicing for years. Last time we spoke of Miley, she was coming up for air after spending 24 hours in a hotel room with Liam Hemsworth as she visited him on location in Canada. Miley stayed with Liam for a few days and then returned to LA where she spent some time with her mom Tish. In the process, Miley walked around inside Trader Joes while wearing this tight croptop and miniskirt made from dollar-bill-printed fabric. I probably wouldn’t question this outfit if Miley was going clubbing, performing, or even just doing an ordinary pap walk, but it’s a little much for grocery shopping, right?
Then on Sunday, Miley hopped onto a private jet to NYC where she was scheduled for another appearance on “GMA” after she twerked in a fuzzy diaper on the same show a few weeks ago. This time, she was only on hand to help promote IHeartRadio with Ryan Seacrest and Keith Urban. Miley arrived in this cute black-and-white dress that was relatively demure even though she was supposedly braless.
Then Miley changed into this outfit, carried a Honey Boo Boo sign, and posed with Mama June. Miley’s body is insane! I also like this mesh/polka-dotted outfit a lot. She’s showing off the goods without appearing too obnoxious. I’m also glad she left the grill at home for this appearance — maybe she decided that Madonna made grills uncool again.

Gearing up for an outbound flight, Miley Cyrus headed over to Van Nuys Airport and hopped on a private plane on Sunday afternoon (July 14).
The ?Party in the USA? songstress was joined by a gal pal and donned a white tank top with high-waisted blue jeans, and platform oxfords as she strolled around the tarmac.
During a recent interview, Miley declared that while she?s best known for her on-screen pursuits, she?d rather focus on music these days.
?I?m not feeling acting right now. I?m just into being myself rather than someone else. I want people to see who I really am and the best way to do that right now is through my music.?

Spending her day like the average citizen, Miley Cyrus went grocery shopping at Trader Joe's in Toluca Lake, CA on Friday (July 12).
Joined by her mom Tish, the "We Can't Stop" songstress pushed around the red cart inside while sporting an interesting ensemble of a dollar bill embellished two-piece outfit.
In other news, hoping to add new hardware to her previous awards, Miley is encouraging her fans to go out and vote for the upcoming Teen Choice Awards.
Miss Cyrus is up for a whopping four awards including female hottie, female scene stealer and Candie's style icon. The 2013 TCA's will air August 11th on Fox.

I figured this post was a good excuse to use some of the Miley Cyrus photos that we missed over the past week or so. These pictures show Miley in Miami (where she attended the iHeartRadio festival) at Mackapoolooza on Friday, 6/29. First of all, those legs are flawless. Secondly, Miley has been wearing a lot of solid black and/or white lately, hasn’t she? I’m sure there’s a hidden message somewhere, but it shall remain a mystery. Miss Miley was also spotted getting down at the Cameo club on both Friday and Saturday evenings last weekend, and she was said to have enjoyed “playfully slapping the derrieres” of several go-go dancers in the club’s employ. I guess Liam is alright with this sort of thing, and speaking of the youngest Hemsworth, Miley is currently vacationing in the Bahamas without her so-called fianc. Strange?
Miley Cyrus is still wearing her engagement ring, but increasingly, her protestations that things are just peachy with Liam Hemsworth don?t quite have the ring of truth. After partying in Miami at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, she jetted off for a vacation in the Bahamas, while her boyfriend was thousands of miles away in Canada.
Twitter user Brittainy Trevathan snagged a pic with Miley at the Hope Town Harbour Lodge in Hope Town, on the Abaco Islands in the northern Bahamas, on Saturday, June 30. Rerportedly vacationing with ?a guy named Stephen and a girl,? Miley looked low-key in a baggy sweatshirt and no makeup. Other twitter users confirmed that she?d rented a cottage in the picturesque village hotel, but she seemed to be looking for relaxation after her recent jet setting, staying mostly on the property.

Hmm. I honestly don’t know what’s going on with Miley and Liam, and if they weren’t spotted looking rather glum on a date together a few weeks ago, I’d think they were completely over. But I guess they might be giving a shot, in which case, Miley’s solo vacation doesn’t look good. While it is true that Liam is currently in Edmonton, Canada filming Cut Bank, it still looks odd that his betrothed is partying it up without him in attendance. As far as we know, they spend little to no time together, and they’re only still “engaged.” Just think of how bad they’d be as a couple if they actually got married. Does that sound cynical or merely realistic of me to say? I just worry about Miley.

Though the rumor mill is constantly going back and forth on her relationship status, Miley Cyrus confirmed herself that she and Liam Hemsworth are in fact still engaged.
During an interview with Mack from Y100 radio station in Miami, FL, the "We Can't Stop" songstress slightly opened up about her current love life status.
When the radio personality talked about being married, Miley said, "I'm not married, but I am engaged," finally putting the questions to rest after quite a long time.
The 20-year-old singer also dished about her initial thoughts of her left hand sparkler, saying, "So pretty. He did it on his own I don?t know how he picked that out... he did a good job."

Miley Cyrus and the was in attendance at the iHeartRadio festival held in Miami over the weekend. I have to say that I enjoyed Miley’s crop top and silver skirt from last year (when the event was held in Vegas) much more than this barely-there Versace number. I mean, there’s a fine line between “little black dress” and a “look at me” sort of ridiculousness, and these nipple-button-pockets definitely fall into the latter camp.
As a slight diversion before I get to more fashion, Hollywood Life claims to have an exclusive from a friend of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. Supposedly, Liam is super upset about the sexy image Miley projects in her “We Can’t Stop” video, but Miley thinks Liam is really lame “to tell her to tone it down” although she supposedly has made some concessions (i.e., she dressed down for their movie date a few weeks ago). Further, Miley is torn between “trying to be respectful to Liam but also be true to herself as an artist.” Because I guess twerking is considered “art” now. Someone call James Franco.
Ke$ha looked rather tame (for her) on the red carpet in a sheer, long-sleeved black top with bra and tiny shorts peeking out underneath. She accessorized with some cool, swirly sheer stockings. This outfit is much better than what she wore onstage while shooting whipped cream into a back-up dancer’s mouth. Also, too much self tanner.
LL Cool J was there too! Do Ladies still Love Cool James? He recently released his 13th record, Authentic, to moderate sales, but I think he’s more focused on his acting career right now with the success of “NCIS: Los Angeles.”
Audrina Patridge showed up for some reason as well. Something nice: I love her hair.
