Having just arrived back on the west coast the previous day, Halle Berry was spotted visiting a medical building in Beverly Hills on Saturday (October 17).
In a cheerful mood, the Oscar winning actress smiled as she hit the exit following her appointment, clad in a comfy grey dress and flip-flops.
As previous reported by Gossip Center, Halle spent time earlier in the week out in New York City with boyfriend/babydaddy Gabriel Aubry.
The pair attended the Keep a Child Alive Black Ball, which is an annual event that benefits children and families with HIV/AIDS in Africa & India.

Fresh off a flight from New York City, Halle Berry and boyfriend, Gabriel Aubrey, were spotted in the Los Angeles International Airport yesterday (October 16) .
The “Monsters Ball” actress and her “Calvin Klein” model beau were both dressed mostly in black and sported their shades - even indoors - perhaps to avoid the prying paparazzi.
On Thursday, the couple attended the Keep a Child Alive Black Ball in NYC which is an annual event that benefits children and families with HIV/AIDS in Africa & India.
And as usual, the 43-year-old looked absolutely amazing as she showed off her incredible figure in a sexy black dress and heels.

Meanwhile, Miss Berry has been enjoying a little time off with daughter Nahla and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
Of the Aubry relationship, Halle recently told People magazine, “Four years. The longest relationship I’ve ever had, yes, yes the longest one. For me, that’s good!”

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Berry recently chatted with press about her boyfriend of four years, Gabriel Aubry, saying that she first laid eyes on the hunky model on a bus.
“He wasn’t riding on the bus, he was on the side of the bus, you know, he’s a model,” Halle said. “I saw the picture and I just thought, hmm. I just remember making a mental note of, ‘Wow, that’s a good-looking man,’ and then three days later, bam, there’s that good-looking man!”
While still not mentioning any plans of getting married, Berry tells of the long romance, “Four years. The longest relationship I’ve ever had, yes, yes the longest one. For me, that’s good!”
