31-year old singer Pink announced via Twitter that she gave birth to a healthy baby girl in Los Angeles yesterday. People Magazine says:
“We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart,” Pink wrote. “She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy [Carey Hart]. #beyondblessed”
Just a day prior, the singer sounded ready to meet her baby, tweeting a cryptic message about it being a good time for new beginnings under an auspicious astrological sky.
“New Moon in Gemini today, a good time to start something new…. Also called the Honey Moon,” she wrote.
Astrology is so fucking stupid. Does anyone really believe that stars in a constellation thousands of light years away affect your temperament or your day-to-day dealings? Please. Your obstetrician has more gravitational effect on you than any planet or star in the universe when you’re born. And anybody can make up a horoscope that’s more accurate than the ones you get in the paper. “Getting more money may improve your financial situation! A candid discussion with a loved one may lead to unpleasantness. Trust your instincts on matters involving pie. Avoid unnecessary death. Lucky numbers 4, 17, and 83.”

Here are some new photos of Pink and Carey Hart meeting some friends for lunch or brunch yesterday. God, I feel for Pink. Poor girl! Look how big she is. I can only imagine how uncomfortable she much be. I keep expecting for her to give birth too - it seems like she?s been pregnant forever. She?s rocking that white dress, though. And I LOVE her little straw hat. Pink is a super-cute pregnant lady.
That bump is really large, right? I feel like she might be carrying twins. Either that or it?s just one BIG baby and Pink is going to go into labor any day now. Pink said before that she thinks she?s carrying a girl, because of karma and stuff. But she has a name prepared if it?s a boy: Jameson. God knows what she?ll name a little girl. Or little girls, because, you know, she?s huge.
Should be make the speculation interesting? I?m saying that she?ll give birth sometime this week. More specifically, I?d say? Wednesday. Anyone want to put money on it?

Singer Pink was recently photographed in the parking lot of a grocery story in Malibu without shoes. Now I know she’s heavily pregnant and your feet swell during pregnancy, but why didn’t she leave her flip flops on? It looks like she was wearing shoes going into the store (see photos where she’s carrying a list) but took them off at some point. Were her shoes hurting that badly? It’s nasty to walk on pavement with bare feet, and it’s not particularly hygienic either. Taking off your shoes for a romp in the grass I understand, but not wearing shoes in a parking lot makes no sense to me. Don’t most stores have a no shirt, no shoes no service policy? I wouldn’t tell Pink not to shop at my store without shoes, but maybe she didn’t take her shoes off until afterwards anyway.
Is this a California thing? (I would ask my friend in California about this, but I’m sure she’s sleeping at this point.) Like I’ve never seen anyone on the East Coast in a parking lot without shoes but I’ve seen several barefoot celebrities. (Britney Spears and Diane Keaton immediately coming to mind.) Celebrities are a weird bunch anyway so I shouldn’t generalize.
Anyway this is just an excuse to post photos of Pink, who remains one of my favorite pop stars. Her songs are fun and fast-paced and we’re always singing along to them in my gym classes. (Ke$ha has some good workout songs too, Kaiser loves her.) You know that Pink is going to be a devoted mom and I’m excited that she’s having a baby.
I just found out that Pink is Matthew McConaughey’s neighbor, too! WENN had these pictures of their adjacent mansions, and in that very biased piece on McConaughey in Vanity Fair they mentioned that Pink and Carey Hart were guests at a party at Matty’s house. (I doubt that’s his nickname and I’ve never heard him called that, I just wanted to use it.) She’s living large, and yet she still leaves the grocery story without shoes.
Update: One of Pink’s flip flops broke! She wrote on Twitter “i broke my flip flop. brand new jimmy choo! i know you care, that’s why i told you:)” That’s cute! (Thanks lio for the tip)

Getting some fresh air and sunshine, Pink was spotted having lunch in Malibu, California yesterday afternoon (March 27).
Joined by a guy pal, the ?Raise Your Glass? songstress showed off her growing baby bump with her bohemian-style dress, teamed with a knit hat and sunglasses.
Perhaps the headwear was a way for the preggers pop star to disguise her new grey-blonde pixie cut, as she reportedly hates it.
She took to her Twitter page to express her discontent- ?THe woman that did my hair butchered it. I hate it!?

God knows, I love Pink. I really do! She?s cool and she?s tough but she doesn?t try too hard. I even love seeing her ?bump? photos - for a while, she seemed to be carrying small, and she was an adorable pregnant lady. Unfortunately, THIS happened. This is Pink at last night?s premiere of The Lincoln Lawyer, a film I kind of want to see just because I enjoy cheesy legal thrillers. Pink wore this crazy, navel-grazing muumuu that makes her look like a HUGE blueberry. Now, I?m not opposed to pregnant ladies wearing muumuus, at all. I?m not opposed to any woman wearing muumuus, in general. But not on a red carpet!!! Honestly, though, I think maybe I would have accepted the muumuu if the hair had been better. This hair is ten different kinds of tragic. Grey mushroom cap? For real?
Also at the premiere, the star of the film, Matthew McConaughey, who looked all kinds of rough as well. Is it just the horrendous fake tan? It?s something else, right? Something weird is happening with his face. I think it may be a combination of orange-ness, receding hair line, hair too long in the back, skin damage, weight loss and just general grossness. Camila looks pretty though.

Pink is really excited about her pregnancy, you can just tell. She loves gushing about it, and unlike some pregnant celebrities who turn to weak platitudes to describe their happiness, Pink goes her own way. In a new interview with Access Hollywood, Pink talked about potential baby names. Her doctor already told her that she?s likely carrying a girl, but Pink is already preparing boy names, I suppose in the hopes that karma won?t kick her ass quite yet. However, if Pink and Carey Hart do have a boy, it?s pretty likely that he?ll be pleasantly messed up too - after all, Pink wants to name a future son after her favorite brand of whiskey:
Pink, who is a little more than three months pregnant, says she and husband Carey Hart are halfway there when it comes to naming their baby. If it?s a boy, says the singer, their first child will be called Jameson.
?My dad?s name is James, and my brother?s name is Jason,? Pink, 31, told Access Hollywood. ?[Carey and I] are both Irish, Carey?s middle name is Jason, [and] Jameson ? we like whiskey. That?s a no brainer.?
There?s just one problem: Their doctor believes they?re expecting a girl. And, says Pink, finding the perfect name has been a struggle.
?We?re all over the place,? she says of the naming process. ?I?m all about meaning, and Carey feels like he had a girl?s hair cut and a girl?s name, and he doesn?t want kids to have a weird name. I have to get him on the boat for originality, so I?m working on him.?
Even though she?s chosen a boy?s name that evokes a brand of whiskey, Pink says she?s not tempted to drink alcohol at all ? even if the doctor okays it.
?You know what? I thought I?d be like that ? I couldn?t even comprehend someone not wanting wine,? the ?Raise Your Glass? singer says. ?But honestly, I just don?t. I don?t want anything bad.?

If I didn?t have it in my head that she was naming a kid after whiskey, I would really love the name Jameson. It?s rather sexy (when he?s all grown up, of course). I approve. But I suspect Pink is going to have a girl? Captain Morgan, perhaps? Absolut Hart? Perhaps a daughter would just get the name of a cocktail: Mojito Moore-Hart? I kind of like that one.

News of her pregnancy broke at the beginning of the month, and Pink is already chatting about potential baby names.
During a recent radio appearance on the Billy Bush Show, the ?Please Don?t Leave Me? singer told, "My dad's name is James, and my brother's name is Jason. [Husband Carey Hart and I] are both Irish, Carey's middle name is Jason, [and] Jameson -- we like whiskey. That's a no brainer."
As for what Pink?s hubby Carey Hart wants, she tells, "I'm all about meaning, and Carey feels like he had a girl's hair cut and a girl's name, and he doesn?t want kids to have a weird name...I have to get him on the boat for originality, so I'm working on him."
Gushing about what a caring husband he?s been since she got pregnant, the punky star added, "He has been so wonderful that it's making me nervous! He just does all of it. He does stuff I could even do but just don't like it."

Continuing along in her first pregnancy, Pink was joined by husband Carey Hart for a trip to the Malibu Country Mart on Saturday (November 27).
The expecting "Raise Your Glass" singer and her motorcross man stopped at John's Garden to grab a sandwich in between a bout of shopping.
And while she's currently getting into mommy mode, Pink recently spoke of missing days where disagreements were settled with fists.
?A real good fight ? it?s been years. And you know what? I miss it, I really miss scrapping,? she said. ?I?ve become quite boring in my old age. I stopped getting in fights, I stopped beating people up."
The 31-year-old continued, ?I mean, back in the day people could just punch each other, get over it and be friends the next day. Now it?s lawsuits, it?s boring, just boring.?

Always creative when it comes to her live performances, Pink was among the acts partaking in the 2010 American Music Awards in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday night (November 21).
Held at Nokia Theatre LA Live, the 31-year-old treated the crowd to a rendition of her hit song "Raise Your Glass".
The stage efforts come shortly after Pink confirmed that she's currently expecting her first child, a baby girl, with Carey Hart.
Breaking the news on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show," Pink said, "I'm eating for two these days. I didn't want to talk about it because I was just really nervous, and I have had a miscarriage before. I worked for it. It was not an 'oops'."

Ready for one of the biggest night's in the music world, Pink made her arrival to the 2010 American Music Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening (November 21).
Turning up at the Nokia Theatre LA Live venue, the expecting rocker was joined by Carey Hart as she worked her way down the red carpet and inside for the night's ceremony which airs live on ABC at 8/7c.
During the course of the show, Pink is set to offer up a performance with other acts at the 2010 AMAs including Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Ke$ha and Christina Aguilera, among others.
Meanwhile, celebrity presenters slated to take the stage include Heidi Klum, Mandy Moore, Jessica Alba, Nicki Minaj and Willow Smith.
