She had husband Mike Comrie, son Luca, and sister Haylie along for the celebratory trip, which she recognized on Twitter, writing, “Feel so very lucky to be a mother today! And everyday! Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there, it can be a hard job but the best! Good work!”

The former "Lizzie McGuire" actress looked casually chic in skinny jeans, a colorful beanie and grey sweater as she toted her son on her hip.
Speaking of Duff's fashion sense, the proud mama is making sure her one-year-old will follow in her footsteps.
Earlier in the day, Hilary took to Twitter to post a couple pictures of her mini-me's outfit, captioning them, "Ummm...I'm cute," and then referencing "Dumb and Dumber," writing, "Pullover.... No it's a cardigan but thanks for noticing lol."
