Tending to seemingly non-stop promotional duties, Holly Madison was front and center at the Sugar Factory in Las Vegas on Saturday (September 19).
The Playboy beauty sported a white “I Love Candy” tank top with jean shorts and knee-high socks as she struck a few sensual poses at the Mirage Hotel and Casino candy shop.
The former “Girls Next Door” star spent the previous evening boosting interest for the grand opening on Pink’s Hot Dogs at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
For the Pink’s promotions, Miss Madison was joined by Kim Kardashian and Melanie Brown, making a little cash as the trio of Hollywood hotties greeted fans and posed for pictures.

Ready for a fun-filled evening in Sin City, Holly Madison made an appearance at Studio 54 inside the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday (September 5).
The former “Girls Next Door” beauty looked lovely in a bright red dress, joined on the red carpet by fellow Playboy bunny, Laura Croft, for the Labor Day weekend party.
And though she seems to be confidently sexy in the public eye, Miss Madison recently revealed that she’s filled with insecurity - something she blamed on Playboyboy mogul, Hugh Hefner.
Holly explained, “Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls ... You have to look a certain way at the mansion.”
Continuing on, Miss Madison adds, “Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today. My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed.”

Sometimes being beautiful is hard work – and former “Girls Next Door” star Holly Madison admits that beneath her blonde bombshell cover is an insecure woman who went to plastic surgery to build her self-esteem.
Speaking out on the issue, the Playboy bunny says that Hugh Hefner is to blame.
“Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls ... You have to look a certain way at the mansion.”
The 29 year-old also spilled that breast implants weren’t the only thing she had done.
“Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career,” she said. “Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today. My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed.”
Is there more surgery for her in the future? “I’m scared of getting stuff (like Botox) put into my face. It makes you look like you have a rubber mask on. Beauty is truly on the inside. Looks don’t define you - they’re just a tool to get what you want.”
