The Russian tennis hottie and her Latin crooner beau both looked to be enjoying themselves as they made their exit to find a swarm of shutterbugs waiting for them.
Anna and Enrique?s dinner came after Iglesias spent his day rehearsing for his performance at this weekend?s American Music Awards.
Enrique will join the likes of Train, Black Eyed Peas, and Pitbull on Sunday night for the big shindig on the ABC Network.

The Spanish pop singer followed alongside his tennis playing girlfriend upon exiting South Beach's Prime One Twelve Italian restaurant, with Anna looking stunning in camouflage print leather trousers and a low-cut black vest top.
The sighting comes as Enrique is currently readying for a big television performance this week.
The 35-year-old can be seen taking the stage on Tuesday?s ?Dancing With the Stars,? during which he'll treat the audience to a rendition of his hit song "I Like It".

Hitting the town for a night out, Enrique Iglesias was spotted in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday night (August 18).
The ?I Like It? singer looked super studly in a casual get-up of tennis shoes, jeans, zip-up hoodie and ball cap as he made his way into his chauffeured car, and one point was spotted with a mystery woman.
In other news, Mr Iglesias was recently featured on MTV?s ?When In Was 17? and revealed that he went through a teenager?s nightmare - he was dumped right before prom.
Enrique recalled, "I had no luck with the ladies. I was going to prom with this girl that I really liked and she said that she had decided that she wasn't gonna go with me. It was devastating. When you're in high school and a few weeks before prom the girl you're going with says no, it's awful. At the time, my whole world came crumbling down."

He made a bet that he?d go water skiing naked if Spain won the 2010 World Cup, and Enrique Iglesias says he?s a man of his word.
The ?Hero? singer told press he has every intention of making good on his promise, he?s just waiting for the right time.
?I need to get my Brazilian wax before I do it. Actually, I?m just waiting for a day off,? he explained, also noting that he?ll be going at night to avoid the cops.
"I never got arrested in high school for doing it. Can you really get arrested for skiing naked? The only thing I'm worried about is if you fall at night. There's sharks in the water."

As for his promise that he?d go jet skiing naked if the Spanish team won the World Cup, Enrique is being warned by the police not to go through with it.
A police spokesperson from the Miami PD told press, ?We enforce the laws here, regardless of what your status is in the Miami community.?

Living it up in southern Florida, Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias shared a romantic dinner out at a sushi restaurant in Miami on Tuesday (October 20).
The cute couple were affectionate with one another as they left the Japanese eatery following their meal, then quickly running off to the car upon spotting perched out paparazzi.
Meanwhile, Miss Kournikova is among the stars of the tennis world to agree to take part in a Louisiana benefit to raise money for AIDS charities.
The fundraiser will take place on December 8th on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge, sponsored by the Elton John AIDS Foundation - with Elton also taking part in the charitable event.

Enrique Iglesias and tennis player Anna Kournikova have been dating for almost eight years now - but rumor has it they may be hitched soon!
The couple was spotted spending the afternoon at the Cartier Champs-Elysees boutique in Paris, where they spent 40 minutes inside the fancy jewelry store, but it is unknown if they walked out with any bling.
The 28 year-old tennis star has avoided engagement rumors and has said she is “never getting married,” but boyfriend Iglesias, 34, has been vocal about wanting to marry the athlete.
“I always try, but she pays me no attention,” Iglesias told reporters a couple of days after Kournikova made her marital comments.
Back in 2004, rumors surfaced that the twosome got hitched in a private ceremony in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, when Kournikova was seen wearing a wedding band on her ring finger - but said it wasn’t true.
The couple continued to face speculation in May 2007, when Iglesias told a Swedish newspaper, “We’re divorced. I am single now, but that’s okay. I don’t mind being alone.” He later retracted his quotes and told reporters it was simply a joke.
