Getting in some well-deserved relaxation, Poppy Montgomery was spotted showing off her bikini body on the beach in Cabo San Lucas on Saturday morning (August 15).
The “Without a Trace” star is staying down south in Mexico with a few friends including beau Adam Kaufman, while 19-month-old son Jackson stayed home in Los Angeles.
Speaking of Poppy’s little one, Miss Montgomery recently advised new moms to set “realistic goals” while chatting it up with press.
Rather than nursing for long periods of time, the blonde beauty works with 3-month intervals and “then you can reevaluate and decide whether to continue.”
