Earlier in the day, Holly announced Mayor Goodman?s proclamation of ?Serendipity 3 Day? in honor of the one year anniversary of Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace.
Miss Madison was super sexy in a strapless Pink princess dress teamed with a pair of pale Pink heels and a Pink flower in her platinum blonde hair.

Getting in some quality time, Benji Madden and Holly Madison were spotted hitting up Rare 120 steakhouse in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday night (April 3).
The Good Charlotte rocker and his ?Girls Next Door? dame looked to be in good spirits as they strolled past the paparazzi holding hands.
Earlier in the evening, Benji was victorious in his celebrity boxing match against former MTV hard rock veejay Riki Rachtman at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Following the 1-minute and 40 second match (Madden knocked Rachtman down three times, causing the ref to end the fight), Riki told press, "Benji Madden just kicked my a**. I got wasted by the guy in Good Charlotte." Benji responded, ?That was the best backhanded congratulations I've ever gotten, but thanks anyways."??

Gearing up for the warm weather ahead, Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison teamed up to kick off the pool season at Wet Republic at the MGM Resort in Las Vegas on Saturday (March 27).
Posing for pictures upon arrival, the former "Girls Next Door" stars both looked to be in cheerful moods as they joined fellow revelers at the popular Sin City destination.
Tweeting about the event, Miss Madison wrote, "Excited to go to my first pool party of the season! I'll be lookin' for a nerdy kid in glasses . . . ."
Meanwhile, Miss Wilkinson, hwo was joined by her footballer hubby Hank Baskett, tweeted shortly ahead of the event, telling, "With fam in vegas relaxin on our balcony. Bout to hit up Wet Republic soon."

They’ve only been dating for a few months, but already Holly Madison and Benji Madden are looking to move in together.
According to a report, the Good Charlotte rocker and the Playboy Playmate are interested in purchasing a house together in the not-too-distant future.
An inside source told press, “Benji cares very much for Holly. They have been talking about living together.”
During a recent video shoot, Madden was quite affectionate to Miss Madison. An eyewitness said, “Benji kept telling her how amazing she looked. They couldn’t keep their eyes off each other.”
