Wearing the exact same outfit she wore the previous week, Nicole Richie was spotted showing up for another traffic school session in Van Nuys, California on Wednesday (June 30).
Despite the warm west coast summertime weather, the former "Simple Life? star toted a coffee in-hand while clad in her cute patterned skirt and jean jacket with a blue scarf.
Aside from tending to legal obligations with the DMV, Miss Richie is looking forward to the fall release of her second literary effort.
She recently told press, "I?m proud to finally announce that my second novel Priceless will be out this fall on September 28th, 2010. This book has been a project that I?ve put my heart and soul into and I?m happy that I get to share it with you here first. Hope you enjoy it."

Though she turned down an invite to appear on the final episode of her former reality show, Lauren Conrad has announced that she'll be taking part in "The Hills" finale aftershow.
With the hit series coming to an end on July 13th, creator Adam DiVello told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show, "Lauren Conrad will be at the finale event along with Whitney Port and the whole entire cast. It will be an exciting ending. We definitely have a couple of surprises up our sleeve that the cast don't even know about!"
Continuing to dish about the plans, DiVello said, "It will be a big party. We have some stories being paid off in the finale that I think the viewers will find pretty exciting. Everybody's coming at peace with the stories we've been following. I think a few of them definitely found happiness and found what they were looking for."
Of the upcoming get-together, Miss Port excitedly tweeted, "So excited to reunite with all the hillsies!

Country music legend Dolly Parton — appearing on The Late Show with David Letterman Tuesday night - said it’s time to leave Miley Cyrus alone, as the Hannah Montana star continues to take jabs in the media for her sexed-up image while promoting her new album, Can’t Be Tamed.
Parton, who said she’s Miley’s unofficial “fairy Godmother” told Letterman: “I’m there for her if she needs me, and I get upset lately, they’ve been hammering her to death, and she’s been trying hard to make the transition from Hannah Montana — she’s 17, and at that age … I know how I was at 17, so let’s leave Miley alone!”
Letterman said in response, “I think she’ll be alright because she’s very smart … I didn’t realize how smart that kid is.”
Cyrus appeared on Letterman earlier this month and addressed the controversy, saying, “I’m still a kid and I still do kid things. Anyone who says, ‘She’s growing too quickly,’ doesn’t know me personally.”

Apparently Miley came to Dollywood to film a special for the 25th anniversary of the theme park, and they did a duet of Dolly?s hit ?Jolene?. I found this video from E! News, and can I just say? Miley doesn?t sound horrible when she?s covering one of Dolly?s beautiful songs. Too bad she wants to be a trashy pop artist rather than a bluesy country singer.

Flores, 29, has told the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services he feels Britney is too unstable to be left in charge of her sons.
Social workers will quiz her over [his] claims she beat one with a belt and gave both food they were allergic to, making them violently ill.
Flores [says he] fears her behavior could scar for life the youngsters.
Being whupped with a belt is just a part of the growing up process if you’re from the South, so I don’t really think that’s a big deal. A few weeks ago, Lindsay Lohan paid $100,000 for one drink. Allegedly. It was at an MTV Awards after-party that Lindsay maybe probably had a drink that set off her SCRAM, and violated her probation, thus, forfeiting her $100,000 bail. A new bail was set, et cetera, but Lindsay maybe probably definitely had to pay the court (or the bail bondsman) the initial $100,000. So Linds can drop $100K on a vodka tonic. This bitch is a player, right? Well, I thought at the time that Lindsay was going to run out of money very fast, especially if she continued violating her probation. This new report from TMZ is probably just the tip of the debt iceberg - according to them, Lindsay is being sued because she didn?t pay her $17 K-plus bill at Tough as Nails, an LA boutique.
Lindsay Lohan concocted a diabolical, fraudulent plan to defraud an L.A. boutique out of thousands of dollars … according to a lawsuit that will be filed today.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit, in which Tough as Nails — a boutique that sells expensive clothes, jewelry, and accessories — claims Lindsay shopped at the store between November, 2009 and February, 2010.
According to the suit, Lindsay racked up a bill of $17,060.83 and convinced the owners her business manager would play the bill. But much to the chagrin of the owners, Lindsay’s business manager paid a grand total of $180.
The suit, which will be filed in L.A. County Superior Court, alleges Lindsay “had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance.”
And there’s this — the suit claims the boutique owners relied on Lindsay’s “well known status as a movie actress with substantial income.” Wrong on both counts.
The owners say Lindsay committed premeditated fraud and are seeking the balance — $16,880.63 — plus interest and punitive damages.
No comment from Lindsay’s camp.

Eh. Not that shocking, really. I?m guessing there will be more of these kinds of suits brought against Lindsay in the future, as her ?baller? existence meets her crushing debt and lack of income.
TMZ also had another story about Lindsay and her 2007 arrest - the dumbass cop who went through Lindsay?s thinks thought the cocaine on her Clinique Sun Care card was a crushed breath mint, and he tossed it in the trash. Ugh. So there was evidence contamination. Lucky break, Lindsay.

You might ask yourself, just how is Mischa relevant anymore? Well, she?s working! Sort of. She got a gig modeling for some German designer, and the images just came out this week. To say that they?ve been ?Shopped is an understatement. Styleite notes, ?Her waist is whittled beyond recognition and her legs ? particularly her thighs ? look like they?ve been trimmed and toned with the help of the trusty airbrush. But perhaps most egregious is the liberties they?ve taken with the 24-yeard old?s face.? No joke. I thought these were Avril Lavigne photos at first.

Tending to overseas promotions, Ashley Greene and Xavier Samuel attended the premiere of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" in Atwerp, Belgium on Tuesday (June 29).
Held at Kinepolis Cinema at Metropolis, the co-stars looked fabulous while greeting their strong European fanbase on the eve of the theatrical release of "Eclipse".

Keeping up with her physical fitness, Britney Spears made her around town with her bodyguards in Calabasas, California on Tuesday (June 29).
The "Womanizer" singer stopped off for refreshments at Starbucks while clad in a pair of black capri pants, grey tank top and a pair of open toe heels.
The outing comes just after it was announced that Miss Spears has teamed up with the fashion label Candies to design a new line of apparel to be sold in Kohl?s department stores.
Britney told press, ?I wanted to design clothes that I would wear and my fans would wear. That was the most important thing to me. I wanted to make both daytime casual looks and fun dresses to go out in at night. I met with the design team for Candie?s and Kohl?s, and we started making sketches and designed a line. I got to approve every single piece in the line. It was really a lot of fun.?

Stepping out for a morning fitness session, Vanessa Hudgens looked refreshed and relaxed after a yoga class in Studio City, California on Tuesday (June 29).
Joined by a gal pal, the "Sucker Punch" sweetheart headed over to her parked Audi - which had racked up a parking ticket during the course of her workout.
On the work end of things, Miss Hudgens is currently preparing for a short stage stint in Neil Patrick Harris' Hollywood Bowl showing of "Rent" in August.
Recently talking with Glamour magazine about juggling her young fans' expectations and her career path - which is beginning to take on more adult-oriented roles, Nessa tells, "When I am around kids and they come up to me, of course I am going to act a certain way. But at the end of the day, I?m doing this for myself. I?m going to be doing movies kids can?t watch.?
