Continuing forth with her full day of promotions, Carrie Underwood was spotted making her arrival to the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City on Monday afternoon (April 30).
Smiling for the cameras, the blonde beauty prepared for her appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman" dressed in a sheer silver-blocked top, adding a pair of gorgeous tan peek-a-boo heels to her ensemble while tweeting, ?Can't believe the big day is almost here! I'm happy, nervous and excited! "Blown Away" is out tomorrow!?
The 29-year-old songstress is set to perform on the concert webcast series, ?Live on Letterman,? at 7 p.m. and later on the ?Late Show,? where she will sing her newest single ?Blown Away? to prepare for her records? release tomorrow (May 1).
Fans can tune in to the webcast to watch Miss Underwood perform that along with other hits including the single ?Good Girl".

Heading up north for the week, Ashley Greene was spotted at the Vancouver International Airport in Vancouver, British Columbia yesterday (April 29).
The ?Butter? babe looked to be in good spirits as she smiled for the fans and paparazzi who gathered to greet her.
Ashley is in Vancouver to join Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and the rest of the Cullen gang to do reshoots for ?The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2.?
So far, the vampire franchise has grossed over $1 billion worldwide, with each of the films so far nabbing an average of $267 million. ?Breaking Dawn Part 2? hits theaters November 16th.

On the differences between her character Gloria in 'Modern Family' and herself:
?Gloria was written for me, thinking of me. It is a variation of me. Me and my mother, we are all Latino. Through Gloria naturally express myself in my English with a heavy Spanish accent. At the beginning, here in America, sought to correct my accent. Now I do not care, I speak with a Spanish accent, people laugh, I like them all and have fun.?
On if she feels 'exploited' by her character:
?Not at all. It is I who takes the chances presented. My career is because of my look and I am not ashamed of it. My look has opened so many doors. But I also know that if I had something else, my career would have ended long ago. That?s why I see Sophia Loren as the perfect example of beauty, sex appeal and how the one presented in public.?
On being considered a sex symbol at nearly 40 years old:
?I am happy. Indeed it is strange, I remember when my mother was 40 and I saw it as great. Now I included in the lists of the best butt or breasts with top actresses like Megan Fox Mila Kunis or who are 20 years younger than me. That?s a great satisfaction for me.?

Enjoying some fresh air and sunshine, Taylor Swift was spotted at the Huckleberry Bakery & Cafe in Santa Monica, California yesterday (April 29).
The ?Love Story? songstress was joined by a gal pal as she ate some lunch, looking gorgeous in a floral print dress and kitten heels.
In a recent interview, Taylor gushed about how much she loves her friend Selena Gomez, especially because she?s such a rare find in Tinseltown.

Here are some photos of January Jones and her son Xander Dane Jones out and about yesterday in LA. Several sites (The Superficial!) have been teasing January about her ice-cold vanilla bitchery extending to her son, because she is so rarely photographed in candid shots with the baby. I?m not saying NEVER. Just rarely. There are some photos from a few months ago where she was carrying Xander, but these are the first we?ve had access to, where January is actually carrying Xander in her arms. Note: I?m not saying January is a bad mother at all. I actually think that she doesn?t want too much attention drawn to her son, and she actively tries to avoid candid photo-ops with him. Maybe that?s nave of me, but that?s how I read it.
As for little Xander Dane and his mysterious paternity? well, I?ve already analyzed that to the hilt last year. My theory (CAUTION: MERE SPECULATION!!) is that Matthew Vaughn is the father, and January isn?t confirming it because Vaughn is married (to Claudia Schiffer) and he?s already a father to three kids. Vaughn directed January in X-Men: First Class, and it was during filming that she became pregnant. So? people always assumed it was somebody working on that film, and we had such a great time guessing, didn?t we? As I?m looking at these new photos of little Xander (January?s little X-Man!), I have to wonder? is this baby a ginger?!?!? Dear God. What if Michael Fassbender was the father this whole time?! No, right? Fassy likes much darker girls – I can?t see him fooling around with January. But if the Fassbender genes are present, we should be able to see them coming out in Xander soon enough. GAH.

Here are some new photos of Mariah Carey performing the ?closing concert? at an Austrian ski resort. First, you know Mariah got PAID. Big time. The past week has been all about Mariah and Nick?s vow renewal, which they ended up doing in a paparazzi explosion in Paris. And then from Paris, Mariah flew to Austria to WORK? Of course she got paid. And I?m guessing it was in the eight-figures.
But really, can we talk about Mariah?s cameltoe? Because it?s making me uncomfortable and happy all at the same time. Like, I think I know HOW it happened. Mariah was all, ?You guys, I?m totally going to wear this super-cute red ski outfit while I?m singing, and everyone will see how much weight I?ve lost and it will be amazing!!? And then she decided that underwear would ruin ?the line? of the ski suit, so she went without. Thus, massive cameltoe. At least we know she got a Brazilian before her vow renewal? Too graphic? Good God, just look at her. Don?t tell me that Mariah?s Cameltoe of Doom isn?t the thing that?s too graphic. Mariah needs to let her girl breathe.
Incidentally, beyond the wardrobe malfunction, I think Mariah looks great here. Her hair looks especially awesome.

More fashion from the White House Correspondents Dinner! We covered all of the C-listers already – Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan, notably. Now it?s time to focus on the fashion girls. Let?s start with Charlize in Emilio Pucci – I really thought this gown was Dior! Charlize was one of my favorites of the night!
Claire Danes in Vivienne Westwood. Claire was there because the President is a huge fan of Homeland, and Claire keeps winning all of these awards for her television work. And she?s just a great actress, and why wouldn?t you want to party with Claire? Anyway, I?m not crazy about her dress. It looks very bridal to me.
Zooey Deschanel in Oscar de la Renta. I?m starting to suspect that Zooey can make even the most expensive, high-fashion couture look kind of busted and hippie-dippy. I?m not crazy about this dress, basically.
Eva Longoria in Marchesa. When I was looking through the photos, my first thought was ?ugh.? Now I know why: Marchesa is always UGH.
Alicia Keys in? I?m not sure. She seems underdressed, right? And that color is awful.
Kate Hudson is Jenny Packham. I absolutely love this dress, but I would have loved it more on someone else. Kate does this high-necked style a lot, and while I like that she really pulled out all the stops with her hair & makeup, her ears are distracting.

Anna Paquin and Reese Witherspoon both made their first post-pregnancy event appearances this weekend at the White House Correspondents Dinner. We’ve seen plenty of paparazzi photos of each of them lately, and it was nice to see them looking relaxed and dressed to the nines for an event. They each wore similar black flowing gowns that made it hard to tell that they were pregnant, sadly. I kind of love it when newly-pregnant ladies wear tight dresses and work it, but I also get the urge to not draw attention to yourself. They were dressed appropriately for a semi-formal event like this, and their dresses hit just the right balance of looking semi-formal without seeming too prom-like.
Anna was in an elegant v-neck empire waist Herv L. Leroux gown. It’s hard to tell from this smallish photo, but the dress was actually sheer through the skirt and she had a slip underneath that hit about mid-thigh. Here’s a link to a higher resolution photo of the dress. She looks about four or five months along, although that’s just a guess and it’s hard to tell. Anna, 29, made her pregnancy announcement almost two weeks ago. It will be her first child with her husband and co-star, Stephen Moyer, 42. It will be Moyer’s third child.
Reese wore a more opaque Monique Lhuillier with a complicated tied neckline. I’m not a fan of whatever is going on at the neck with Reese’s gown. It just looks like one of those dresses that you struggle trying to figure out where neck and the arm holes are. I hate those! Still, Reese looks so pretty here and I love her flapper-inspired soft waves and simple drop earrings. She’s stunning. I would have loved to have seen her husband, Jim Toth, on the red carpet but he was probably busy at home watching the kids. Reese, 36, made her non-announcement pregnancy announcement via US Weekly on March 21, when she was reportedly just 12 weeks along. So that would make her a little more than four months pregnant, although I bet she’s a little farther along than that.
Reese went to the White House Correspondent’s dinner Vanity Fair dinner after party where she was seen hugging up on Uggie the dog. I’m jealous!

Stepping out for a social call, Jessica Alba was spotted attending a birthday party for a pal in Hollywood yesterday afternoon (April 29).
The ?Good Luck Chuck? actress was joined by her two daughters Honor Marie and Haven Garner as she strolled up to the venue.
And of course, Haven looked excited when Alba handed her the party favors to pass out to the guests, while Haven chilled out in her baby carrier, oblivious to her surroundings.
Additionally, Jessica celebrated her own birthday over the weekend- her husband Cash Warren tweeted, ?Happy Birthday my love!?

Taking advantage of some free time, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were spotted out and about in New York City yesterday afternoon (April 29).
The ?Easy A? babe and her ?Social Network? boyfriend hit up a Whole Foods grocery store for some supplies and hopped into a taxi to take them home.
Andrew and Emma are gearing up for the summertime release of their new movie ?The Amazing Spider-Man? in which Stone plays Gwen Stacy and Andrew rocks the Spidey suit.
Sony Pictures recently debuted a brand new poster for the flick, which also stars Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen and Sally Field, and hits theaters July 3rd in 2D, 3D, and 3D IMAX.

Last week, we reported how Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were heading to Paris to renew their wedding vows, and here are some photos of the happy couple before and after their renewal ceremony at the Plaza Athenee (right next to the Eiffel Tower) on Friday evening. I know that perhaps I’m wrong to react in a suspicious manner to such a wanton display of excess for two people who are already married — after all, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian also renewed their vows this weekend as well — but it seems like such a famewhore move. Very public vow renewals are also very obviously geared to inform the world just how happy a couple is to be married to each other, and this often seems like a method for a couple to use to convince themselves of their own enduring love. I guess I’m just worried about Mariah and Nick and don’t want them to fall prey to Heidi-and-Seal Syndrome. Then again, Mariah’s always been a glorious diva, and here she takes no exception to this rule because (conveniently) all of the photo agencies knew exactly where to find her and Nick while they did their renewal thing in matching white attire.
Mariah wore a spaghetti-strapped white, gathered gown with a mermaid-like skirt and a black bow around her waist. Her figure looks stunning.
Of course, both Mariah and Nick had to make their own grand, respective displays of PDA for the cameras too.
Here are Mariah and Nick heading to the airport on Sunday to leave Paris and come back home to dem babies. For whatever reason, Mariah is wearing a full-length, flowing black gown while Nick is showing his guns in a white wife beater and matching sweatpants. Such strangeness.

These are photos of Anne Hathaway on the London set of Les Miserables a few weeks ago. As you can see, this was when Anne was freshly shorn for her role as Fantine. I?m still not crazy about the cut, but at least Anne didn?t do it to be trendy – she did it for the character, because she?s THAT committed to the role. And she probably thinks the dramatic hair cut will help with her Oscar chances too. But I?m worried about Anne, Oscar campaign or no Oscar campaign. This hair cut does not look cute on her, and I worry that it?s going to be really rough on her as she grows it out. I could be wrong, of course. But I don?t think Anne will be able to pull of a gamine pixie cut with her features.
Another thing that?s worrying me about Anne: her weight loss. She looks thinner in these photos, and there have been several reports about the ?crash diet? she?s on so that she can look deathly for the role. The Mail reported a month ago that Anne was trying to lose 16 pounds in three weeks, and now The Mail claims that to keep the weight off (temporarily), Anne is subsisting on 500 calories a day:

This is on top of a miserly diet ? she is reported to be on just 500 calories a day so she can look super-thin in the role of dying prostitute Fantine.

She?s not talking for eight hours at a time when she isn?t working and gargling with egg whites to coat her throat and keep her vocals silky-smooth,? says a source. ?She knows this is the ultimate test as to whether she?s a credible musical star.?

Poor Anne. I wonder how much longer she has on the film. Probably only a few weeks more, I?d think. And then it?s back to talking like a regular person and eating real food. I?ve never heard of the ?gargling with egg whites? thing. Does that work? All I?ve heard is stuff about tea and honey.
You know what sucks for Anne? Next up for her is the promotion for The Dark Knight Rises. She?s going to have to do a month full of red carpets and interviews with this hair. Poor Annie. Incidentally, at CinemaCon last week, the chairman of Universal debuted some footage of Les Mis, and it just happened to be Anne singing ?I Dreamed A Dream?. Yeah? the studio is totally making Anne the centerpiece of the Oscar campaign for Les Miserables. So? there?s the payoff.

Venturing out for a spiritual Sunday (April 29), Vanessa Hudgens joined Austin Butler for a midday service at the Ecclesia church on Hollywood Blvd.
With the "Sucker Punch" actress looking lovely in a yellow dress accessorized with a wishbone necklace, she and her beau stayed for around an hour and a half before hitting the exits.
As they left, Vanessa and Austin waved goodbye to their friends before making their way back to the car - during which time Miss Hudgens stopped to pick up a flower which she looked delighted to smell and show to her boyfriend.
The weekend religious outing comes just two days after Austin saw in the release of his new movie "My Uncle Rafael".
The Marc Fusco directed comedy is about "a desperate TV producer who convinces an old Armenian Uncle to star in a new reality show. Cultures collide when Uncle Rafael is thrown into the Schumacher family household where he has one week to save a broken and dysfunctional American family from falling apart. The only rule-everyone must follow his rules."
