The Princess of Wales surprised a lot of people in January when she went solo to the Royal Marsden Hospital and announced that she had been treated for cancer there in 2024, and that she was now in remission. What was also surprising was the timing Kate went to the hospital on January 14th, the day before With Love, Meghan was originally supposed to be released. As we?ve noted many times, it does feel like Kate has been out and about more than planned this year specifically because the Duchess of Sussex has been much more visible too. In recent months, there definitely seemed to be a thrown-together plan from the Windsors to attack Meghan, even sending Jason Knauf out to give an on-camera interview for no specific reason other than bringing up the stupid ?bullying? narrative again.
What was so bizarre to me is that the royal/royalist effort to ?derail? or harm Meghan came when she was promoting an easy-breezy cooking/lifestyle show. That?s it she wasn?t spilling all about the Windsors, she wasn?t throwing Molotov cocktails at Buckingham Palace. She was just cooking for friends on camera, and the Windsors and their media allies were launching a full-scale assault like it was The Oprah Interview Part II. Well, In Touch Weekly claims that the Princess of Wales in particular now realizes that WLM is just harmless fluff and no one should be worried about it.
Is everyone at the palace bingeing Netflix? A source exclusively reveals to In Touch that the royal family is divided over Meghan Markle?s new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan.
While some members of the Firm, like King Charles, Queen Camilla and Prince William, ?aren?t watching,? says a source, princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who have maintained friendships with their cousin Prince Harry, and Meghan, 43, ?have been very complimentary and supportive.?
But the most surprising reaction came from Princess Kate Middleton, says the source. ?She isn?t making a fuss about it, but there?s a sense of relief that Meghan is putting her energy into something that steers far away from speaking about the family or stirring up controversy,? the source reveals of the princess, who was infamously implicated in an early copy of the Dutch edition of the 2023 book Endgame as one of the royals to allegedly make ?racist? comments toward Meghan.
Kate, 43, shares her sister-in-law?s interests in gardening, baking and beekeeping, notes the source, and ?from her view this show is harmless and should be seen as a positive thing.?

I said before that I believe King Charles will skip WLM, but Camilla will probably watch it with a stiff drink and a smirk. I also believe William and Kate have already watched the whole series, separately of course, and for completely different reasons. Kate watched it for ideas, fashion inspo and event-planning inspo I guarantee that Kate will be copy-keening parts of WLM in future engagements. William watched it for other reasons.
As for Kate reportedly thinking that the whole thing was harmless? again, I have to wonder if the Windsors and their media allies understand that they look absolutely bonkers when they launch these attacks on Meghan for a peaceful little entertaining show. If you treat ?Meghan cooking crepes? as an existential threat to the monarchy, what does that say about the MONARCHY?

In 2017, I was really concerned that Donald Trump was going to destroy Michelle Obama?s White House vegetable gardens out of spite. Remember that? He made some noise about it, but reportedly, Melania Trump stopped him, and Mel even did a couple of photo-ops in Michelle?s veggie gardens too. While Melania didn?t touch Michelle?s gardens, Melania redid the White House Rose Garden, which was originally planned out by Jackie Kennedy. Jackie wanted the rose garden to be bright and colorful, and while there were minor edits by other First Ladies, Jackie Kennedy?s Rose Garden stayed put until the first Trump administration. That?s when Melania made it into a sad ?White Power? garden, taking out all of the colorful blooms and replacing everything with all-white flowers. Melania also ripped out the crab-apple and cherry trees. It was disgusting. Well, it?s about to get even worse Donald Trump plans to rip out Melania?s white-power garden and pave the whole thing.
President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he plans to pave over the White House Rose Garden because grass, it just doesnt work. Trump talked about the changes during an interview with Fox News that aired Wednesday night.
Trump and Fox News host Laura Ingraham walked the grounds of the White House, and then he showed off changes in the Oval Office, including the addition of diminutive gold cherubs.
He said the Rose Garden is supposed to have events every event you have, its soaking wet, its soaking wet, and people cant, and the women with the high heels, it just didnt work. And we have a gorgeous stone and everything else, but, you know, we use it for press conferences, and it doesnt work, because the people fall into the wet [grass]. The roses stay, no, its the Rose Garden, all of this stays. Its just the center section.
Trump personally reviewed the plans for the Rose Garden recently with White House curators.
Last weekend, CNN reported that Trump plans to transform the garden into a patio-style seating area, much like the one at Mar-a-Lago, his private estate in Palm Beach, Fla.

Patio-style seating? That makes no sense for the Rose Garden, which is directly adjacent to the Oval Office and the breezeway. That?s where outdoor press conferences and signing ceremonies are held. That?s also where they do some of the WH Easter festivities too, right? Between this and Trump putting gold-plated sh-t everywhere in the White House, this is all just tacky as hell. Granted, there are much bigger concerns and we?re talking about literal fascism here. But I?m just offended in general that they?re turning the White House Rose Garden into a place where Trump can slump in a deck chair and sip a Coke. Also: there are already patios and private balconies in the White House!

I?ve been ignoring Kanye West?s crashout this year and I hope most people are ignoring it too. He?s desperate for attention, he?s desperate for relevancy, and he?s mad that people are paying so much attention to other artists. One of Kanye?s latest attention-grabbing stunts was tweeting-and-deleting a vile attack on Beyonce and Jay-Z?s children. I?m not going to post what he said, suffice to say it was horrible and incredibly offensive. Jay-Z and Beyonce have not said one thing about it. They used to be close to Kanye, but that was years ago and I believe they cut their ties with him even before he was thoroughly canceled in 2022, when he was outed as a person who spent years praising Hitler. Tina Knowles addressed the situation indirectly, basically saying that no one should even try to mess with her family.
So, basically, Kanye is having another 2021-22 style meltdown/episode where people genuinely wonder why he?s not under a conservatorship. Meanwhile, he still technically has joint custody of his kids and he refuses to comply with family court rulings, which has left Kim Kardashian as one of the few people who can actually do something. According to Page Six, Kim was appalled by Kanye?s rant about Jay-Z and Beyonce, and she?s ?had enough.?
Kim Kardashian has had enough after Kanye West attacked Beyonc and Jay-Z?s youngest two children in a disgusting, all-caps rant via X on Tuesday evening. The SKIMS founder is ?appalled? her ex-husband ?would use that kind of language about anybody, let alone when it comes to children,? a source exclusively tells Page Six.
?Kim has had enough and she?s done trying to be reasonable with Kanye when it comes to communication,? the insider says.
The ?Kardashians? star, 44, finds the ?Stronger? rapper?s posts ?shocking and offensive,? and feels ?no matter what feud Kanye has going on with Jay and Beyonc, kids are off limits.?

Just do it, Kim. Just go to court and show the judge the tweets. Show the judge the song Kanye made with Sean Combs and North, for the love of God. I hate that we expect Kanyes ex-wife to do something, but Kim actually is in a unique position to get the ball rolling here.

The Princess of Wales?s ?emotional return to work? and ?reclaiming her role? cover this week?s People Magazine. People Mag finally noticed what I?ve been saying that Kate has been out and about much more often than courtiers predicted at the end of last year. In fact, it sounds like Kate?s 2025 work schedule has even surprised the courtiers and the royalist press. I have my theories, of course. I think Kate?s sudden ?work surge? was down to the Duchess of Sussex?s sudden visibility in the first quarter of 2025. Plus, Kate was irritated that two of her vacations were outed by the press in the past three months, so she had to look busy. Anyway, People published another piece of their cover story, all about how the Wales marriage is strong (hm) and the Waleses love being affectionate in public. Hahaha.
Kate Middleton and Prince William are typically known for keeping their public displays of affection to a minimum, but lately, the couple have been sharing glimpses into their private connection.
From a romantic photo shared to mark Valentines Day to sweetly holding hands during a recent visit to Wales, the Prince and Princess of Wales have not been shy about their love for each other as Kate returns to her royal role one year after she revealed her cancer diagnosis. Most recently, the couple attended the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey on March 10, where William, 42, and Kate, 43, were spotted leaning in close, exchanging glances and laughing together.
They are happy for people to see them be touchy-feely, royal expert and biographer Ingrid Seward tells PEOPLE in this weeks cover story. They?re in a different phase of their life now. William is very protective and very proud of her for coming through this and carrying on with her life.

I actually forgot about that Valentine?s Day photo, so I?m including it and the stills from last year?s ?cancer-free? video below. The thing is, I haven?t really noticed them being particularly affectionate or even warm to each other in the past year at all. Yes, they smiled at each other briefly at the Commonwealth service, and yes, William briefly put his hand on her back to get her to move at a diplomatic event, but that?s about it? You?ve got to remember, Kate genuinely went through a phase a few years ago where she was repeatedly grabbing William?s ass when they were in public. That changed I dont think well be getting any more ass-gropes for a while, if ever. All the British public is getting is some ?festive glances? and a lot of strained body language which they dutifully ignore. It?s obvious that everyone sort of wishes that William and Kate were as hot for each other as the other couple, you know? The projection goes in both directions H&M clearly have a happy, passionate and affectionate marriage, so everyone has decided to just SAY that Will and Kate do too.
