Showing some love to her Australian fans, Heidi Klum showed up at Myer Bourke Street Mall on Tuesday (January 27) for a very special occasion.
The ?Project Runway? stunner smiled and waved as she kicked off the release of her new range of intimates while sporting a skimpy black dress.
Klum has been making her rounds in the land down under, having attended a similar event at Icebergs restaurant on Monday (January 26). She tweeted, ?Happy Australia Day! Nice way to celebrate with these guys wearing HKman.?

Nearly two weeks ago, Life & Style had an exclusive on Joanna Krupa and Brandi Glanville?s ongoing feud ? go here to recap. The basic gist is that Joanna talked some trash about Brandi and Brandi entered into some kind of intense blood feud. Brandi repeatedly made claims and comments that Krupa slept with Mohamed Hadid (Real Housewife Yolanda Foster?s ex-husband) and Brandi claimed Hadid had told her that Krupa had a stank, smelly biscuit. L&S?s exclusive was that Krupa was suing Brandi for ?slander, libel and defamation.? Then, late last week, the story cropped up again like it was brand new. I didn?t cover it because I was like, ?I already wrote about that, what gives?? Well, I guess Krupa finally filed the paperwork for the lawsuit, plus Krupa is talking to the press.
Real Housewives drama is to be expected, but Joanna Krupa and Brandi Glanville’s issues with one another hit below the belt?literally. Krupa filed a lawsuit against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Wednesday in Miami-Dade County citing “slander, slander per se and intentional infliction of emotional distress” over past claims Glanville has made about the model’s alleged affair with Mohamed Hadid and her allegedly smelly vagina. Now, Krupa is “demand(ing) a trial by jury” and “intends to amend her complaint and seek punitive damages against Glanville.”
After filing her suit against Glanville, the Real Housewives of Miami star told E! News exclusively, “Bullying hurts!”
In the suit, Krupa claims that Glanville “knowingly made the false and malicious statement” that she had “sexual relations” with Hadid while he was married to Yolanda Foster. Krupa also claims Glanville “knowingly made the false and malicious statement that Mr. Hadid told her that Mr. Krupa’s ‘p–sy smelled.’” These statements were made on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live in November 2013. During this appearance, Glanville claimed that Lisa Vanderpump witnessed Hadid’s statements about Krupa’s allegedly stinky private areas.
Per Krupa’s suit, Hadid, Foster and Vanderpump “denied the truth of Glanville’s statements and publicly confirmed Mr. Hadid never made the statements Glanville said were true and attributed to Mr. Hadid, and advised and/or confirmed that Glanville’s defamatory statements were false.”
The lawsuit goes on to state that in December 2014, Glanville made additional “false and malicious statements” claiming “that Mrs. Krupa’s vagina was malodorous” on WWHL’s YouTube Channel “Bravo’s Watch What happens Live Clubhouse.” During this appearance, she asked host Andy Cohen, in relation to Krupa, if he “[got] food poisoning from bad sushi,” noting the model was stunning, “but you can’t help the odor situation.” Krupa claims Glanville made these statements publicly knowing they were false.
On Jan. 6, Krupa’s attorney Raymond Rafool wrote a letter to Glanville stating his client’s intent to sue for libel, slander and defamation and asked for an apology and a retraction of these comments. Per the suit filed this week, Glanville has yet to apologize to Krupa or retract her statements.

Demanding a trial by jury? ODOR IN THE COURT!! I?m sorry, sometimes it?s like I?m a 12-year-old. But seriously, can you imagine being so peeved about someone insulting your biscuit? Enough to file a lawsuit and demand to talk about your odor in a court of law?!!? And you know, witnesses are going to have to be called. Krupa?s biscuit is going to be put on trial.
According to People Magazine, Krupa sent a letter to Brandi on January 6th demanding a public apology. Krupa warned that if Brandi didn?t apologize, she would file suit. Apparently, Krupa is only asking for $15,000 in damages too. That seems? low. Is her biscuit?s aromatic integrity only worth $15K? (Update: Krupa’s representative contacted us to clarify that her lawsuit is seeking a minimum of $15,000, not 15k total. He wrote “It is worded like that since it’s a Florida court formality.“)

Disney is obsessed with redoing their classic animated films as live-action ?retellings.? It worked out for them with Maleficent last year, and now they?re going ahead with the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast. They already know who will Belle too? little Emma Watson. I don?t know? All of the other sites I?ve seen have been covering this like it?s perfect casting. But I?m not so sure?maybe it?s because I?m kind of old and I don?t have a huge connection to the animated film, but I just have my concerns about whether this should even be made.
?Harry Potter? alum Emma Watson has closed a deal to star in Disney?s live-action musical ?Beauty and the Beast,? TheWrap has learned.
Bill Condon (?The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn?) will direct from a script written by Stephen Chbosky, who directed Watson in ?The Perks of Being a Wallflower.? Evan Spiliotopoulos wrote the previous draft of the screenplay.
David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman are producing under their Mandeville Films banner.
Watson is set to play Belle in ?Beauty and the Beast,? which is the latest Disney classic to receive a live-action adaptation following ?Maleficent,? ?Cinderella? and Jon Favreau?s upcoming take on ?The Jungle Book.?
Watson had previously been attached to star in Guillermo del Toro?s ?Beauty,? which the director was developing for Warner Bros. before exiting the project in June, when Disney hired Condon. When WB?s version hit a snag, Disney began to court Watson for its own adaptation with del Toro?s blessing, as the studio agreed that Watson would be perfect as Belle, according to a source.

Last week, we heard about the latest crack-tragedy to befall our beloved Cracken, Lindsay Lohan. We already knew that she had contracted a mosquito-borne virus called Chikungunya, while in vacation in Bora Bora. But last week, Lindsay had to check into the hospital because of the pain and fever. Many of us assumed it was probably just an attempt to get better drugs. Perhaps. Whatever it was, Lindsay was released from the hospital pretty quickly. She spent her post-hospital days trying on thongs and posting Photoshopped photos on her Instagram.
So, what now? Is she all better? Will she be returning to America anytime soon? Well, she had a court date tomorrow in LA. She has to check in with a judge about the terms of her probation/plea agreement. Remember that? The last time she had a major crime spree and court-cycle, Lindsay was put on probation and she agreed to do 240 hours of community service. She was given until November 2014 to complete those hours, but she got an extension because she hadn?t even finished half of those hours. So what will her excuse be this time? ?I couldn?t finish my hours because I was on vacation in Bora Bora and a mosquito bit me??
Lindsay Lohan will use a mosquito defense when her lawyer goes to court next week to announce her client has failed A SECOND TIME to complete her community service … and this could land her in jail, TMZ has learned. Lindsay is due in court Wednesday to prove she completed her community service in connection with her 2012 reckless driving case … where she slammed into an 18-wheeler on PCH.
She was required to perform 240 hours of community service, but on November 6, 2014 — when she was required to show proof of completion — her lawyer, Shawn Holley, told hizzoner LiLo had completed nearly HALF the hours. So the judge set a second date for Lindsay to show proof of completion — next Wednesday. But TMZ has learned Lindsay isn’t even close to finishing.
Her excuse … the community service center in London was closed for 2 weeks during the holidays and she ended up in the hospital with a mosquito virus. Here’s the problem … she got the virus while vacationing in Bora Bora, instead of putting in her time.
And there’s a bigger problem. She screws up a lot and has lots of excuses. Here’s a partial list:
– 2009 … Lindsay failed to complete her alcohol ed program
– 2010 … Bench warrant issued after Lindsay was a no show, claiming she was in Cannes and her passport was stolen
– 2010 … Bench warrant issued after her SCRAM bracelet went off at the MTV Music Awards after party
– 2010 … Lindsay failed to complete her alcohol ed program
– 2010 … Lindsay allegedly beats up a woman at Betty Ford
– 2010 … Probation revoked after cocaine found in her system
– 2013 … Late to court after missing a flight
Will the mosquito defense fly? The prosecutor hasn’t said, but he could ask for jail.

I wish TMZ would stop ringing the ?he could ask for jail? bell. We get all excited and gear ourselves up for a good old-fashion ?Cracken in the Slammer? cocktail party and then nothing happens. Lindsay gets a friendly pat on the firecrotch from Lady Justice and she gets to go one her way. TMZ even did a follow-up story about how Lindsay is ?scrambling to finish her community service by Wednesday? because she?s totally worried about jail. Yeah, right. The funniest part is that TMZ?s sources whisper that Lindsay might have checked herself into the hospital ?just to create an excuse.? OMG THAT IS COMPLETELY SHOCKING INFORMATION.
Oh, and guess where Lindsay went after being released from the hospital in London? She went to Paris. She went to a fashion event and then went out clubbing.

These Gwyneth Paltrow stories are a few days old, but they?re worth discussing. First of all, how did Gwyneth?s big promotional push for Mortdecai work out? Not so well, especially compared to Jennifer Lopez?s offering, The Boy Next Door. TBND was made for $4 million and it made $15 million on its opening weekend. Compare that to Mortdecai, which was made for $60 million (WHY?) and it only opened with $4.13 million. The thing is, I?m not sure we could or should put that at Goop?s door. Mortdecai was billed as a Johnny Depp film with a star-studded ensemble. If Gwyneth had been less visible during the promotion, Depp alone would be eating this bomb. But because Gwyneth deigned to get in our faces, now she has to eat it too.
Speaking of Gwyneth?s eating habits, did you know she?s going to write (?write?) another cookbook? Her first two cookbooks ? My Father?s Kitchen and It?s All Good ? were bestsellers and likely made Gwyneth a nice chunk of change. Her first cookbook got a better reception, probably because the food was relatively normal. Her second cookbook was when all of Goop?s elimination diet stuff came out to play and she talked about starving her children of carbohydrates and everyone was like ?Yeah, this isn?t a diet, it?s an eating disorder.? So what does she have in store for us this time?
Gwyneth Paltrow is writing a third cookbook, everyone.
“It’s fun ? I really love doing it. It’s an awesome side project that I get to do, and I feel really lucky that people bought the first one and the second one!” the Mortdecai actress and Goop head said on Rachael Ray Friday morning.
So what can loyal Paltrow kitchen fans like Meryl Streep expect? “Clean comfort food” for the entire family, because she says she always finds herself running out of ideas. Plus, “I think I might do appetizers for a party section because that’s always a tough one. It’s like you’re having a party, and you don’t want to be in the kitchen. Make-ahead trays and stuff you can stick in the oven. ? I love easy party food and kid-family food, and that’s where I am right now.”

While on Rachel Ray, Goop also told a story about trying to do a peasant version of eggplant parmesan and failing completely:
She dished to Rachael Ray that the worst meal she’s ever made was an eggplant parmesan when she was 18 years old.
“I went to the store and bought some eggplant, a jar of tomato sauce and some really rubbery mozzarella cheese,” she recalled. “I didn’t know that when you cook eggplant, you first have to sweat it to get all the bitter juice out, and I didn’t realize that you also have to bread eggplant parmesan and fry it before. So I put slices of raw eggplant with jarred tomato sauce and mozzarella! And everyone threw up.”

To be fair to Goop, she was just 18 years old when that happened. And she dared to use peasant prep-food like ?a jar of tomato sauce.? She would NEVER do that today. NEVER. She would rather smoke crack than use tomato sauce out of a jar.
Gwyneth?s last Goop-letter was all about recipes too, so maybe she?s trying out some new stuff for her cookbook. She got a lot of headlines for suggesting a recipe for ?Sex Bark? which is not as dirty as it sounds. It sounds like something I would want to try with Michael Fassbender, but in GoopWorld, Sex Bark is just a chocolate with ?Moon Pantry Sex Dust?. In case you?re just dying to know, go here to read. When I first glimpsed these photos, the mental caption that popped into my evil mind was “Amber Heard and grandpa.” Yes, I’m a terrible person. These are photos of Johnny Depp and his lady arriving at the Tokyo airport. Amber’s sticking out the relationship for now. Some people believe these two are already married because Johnny’s wearing a gold band on his important finger. This is probably another mangagement ring.
The SAGs took up yesterday’s gossip beat here, so the internet has had plenty of time to reflect upon the newest Depp box-office disaster. This isn’t even a new pattern from a former box-office king. Only a few months ago, we spoke about Transcendence, which opened with $11 million (on a $100 budget). Mortdecai performed even worse — $4.2 million (on a $60 million budget). What on earth could cost that much money besides Johnny and Goop? Maybe the ‘stache allowance was huge.
Countless outlets have gone hard on Johnny after this soft opening. Forbes promises that Johnny will lead the overpaid actor list this year. No one understands why he’s allowed keep churning out big budget clunkers. The Lone Ranger, Dark Shadows, and The Rum Diary all failed to make money too. Lori Petty had a point last year. No actress would own a private island after even two consecutive flops. Even worse, Johnny doesn’t care about these diminishing returns.
Johnny still draws admirers in Japan. He greeted a throng of screaming fans wearing Mortdecai moustaches. Perhaps the movie will make up some slack, but it won’t be enough.
