The tabloids are going to be SO smug about this. Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton are over. There were rumors about their struggling marriage throughout their four years of matrimony. It?s seemed especially grim for them over the past year or so, as both have attended larger events solo, and they really did seem to be living apart. Who will get custody of the 15 rescue dogs?!
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are calling it quits after four years of marriage.
“This is not the future we envisioned,” the couple said in a statement to the Associated Press Monday. “And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”
The country singers tied the knot in Texas in 2011, after dating for six years.
Both remained mum on social media about the split leading up to the announcement, with Lambert Tweeting about an upcoming show just hours before the statement’s release Monday afternoon.

Always a fan of creative pursuits, Kristen Stewart brought her acoustic guitar along for ride as she caught a flight at LAX International Airport on Sunday (July 19).
The 25-year-old ?Adventureland? actress was a bit camera-shy as she navigated her way through the terminal, en route to Paris, France.

It?s no secret that showbiz and marriage rarely work together and Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are the latest celebrity spouses to split up.
Following four years of marriage, the ?Voice? hunk and his ?Only Prettier? wife have decided to throw in the towel on their marital union. Their joint statement reads, ?This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.?
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Blake filed the divorce petition and Miranda responded promptly. Their prenuptial agreement has already divided their assets, and Lambert will retain their Nashville property while Shelton will keep their Oklahoma ranch. Adding another credit to her resume, Reese Witherspoon has landed on the front page of the August 2015 issue of InStyle UK magazine.
The ?Legally Blonde? star explains she hasn?t always lived in the lap of luxury- ?I didn?t grow up wearing a lot of shoes. In the summer we just run around barefoot. No [I don't do that now]! I can't even imagine letting my kids do that either."
And given her traditional Southern upbringing, Witherspoon decided to design a lifestyle brand called Draper James to appeal to her peers- "Three years ago, I was in Atlanta shooting a film, and I was struck by the cultural explosion down there. But even though there were wonderful restaurants and music venues, nothing was representing the fashion aspect of the Southern woman. We're not from New York or LA. But we are current; we read InStyle, we love a dinner party, a lunch, and, of course, fashion."

This is going to sound so weird, but visually, I always confuse Mark Ronson and Jamie Hince. Like, they don?t even look that similar, but I feel like their vibes are so similar that it?s hard for me to acknowledge that they are two separate people. Mark Ronson is the hipster music producer. Jamie Hince is in The Kills and he?s married to Kate Moss. But for how long?! Jamie and Kate got married in 2011, just a few months after then-Kate Middleton married Prince William. Moss and Hince seemed relatively stable, if ?relatively stable? means Moss just kept on partying and behaving as she did pre-marriage. There were a few stories about how Hince maybe wanted to have a baby with Kate but she wasn?t into it, mostly because another pregnancy would mean she would have to stop partying. But all in all, they seemed okay. Now The Sun UK (via The Daily Mail) says that there?s trouble.
They tied the knot in July 2011 and were thought to to have one of the strongest marriages in showbiz. But it seems Kate Moss and Jamie Hince’s relationship could be on the rocks since the pair have allegedly not spoken ‘in weeks’ following a ‘blazing row’ at their North London home.
The 41-year-old supermodel and the The Kills guitarist, who haven’t been pictured together since April 10, are said to be leading increasingly separate lives, with pals fearing this could spell the end for the rock ‘n’ roll couple. A source told The Sun’s Michael Hamilton: ‘Things are so bad that they have been avoiding being at their place at the same time.’
Another insider added: ‘There have been arguments and jealousy, although nothing is going on with either of them. They both seem interested in other things.’
One source of contention appears to be Jamie’s close friendship with socialite Lady Mary Charteris and her husband Robbie Furze, with whom the 46-year-old musician has been spending an increasing amount of time. According to the paper, Kate has made no secret of her dislike for Lady Mary, who allegedly once called her ‘Croydon Kate’ to her face.
Rumours of marital issues first surfaced last month when Jamie was spotted at Kate’s favourite festival, Glastonbury, by himself. The stunning blonde has since been spotted on several solo trips, including travelling to Paris for Haute Courture Fashion Week, while Jamie visited the Chiltern Firehouse alone earlier this month.
It was claimed in June that Kate was furious when Jamie was a no-show at her best friend Sadie Frost’s 50th birthday in London, with an insider claiming the catwalk queen felt her husband ‘had not made enough effort’ to make it back from America for the bash. Jamie is preparing to embark on a US tour with his band later this week and it seems time apart could be make or break for the couple.

Kate Moss isn?t the type of celebrity to make any kind of comment about her personal life. The notable exception is, of course, the ?Cocaine Kate? moment when she released one statement and that was it. If Hince and Moss are still going strong, I suspect they will step out together within the next week. If there really is trouble in paradise, then? who knows? They might tough it out. They might separate, if they haven?t already. I don?t really think of Kate as the kind of person who would say ?divorce is not an option.? I think she mostly married Hince because she fancied getting married and wanted to throw a huge party, not because she saw herself with Hince for the rest of her life. We?ll see!

To be superficial for a moment, I will give actual, real money to Gwyneth if she ever deigns to make a public appearance these days without flat-ironing and center-parting her hair. God, it looks like damaged straw. Anyway, it cost $599 to get into this event to hear Gwyneth goop her way through a Q&A session. Would you pay $600 to hear Gwyneth?s flat, nasal, holier-than-thou thoughts on anything? I would not. Even if Gwyneth was teaching the absolute best, most elite way to yawn, I would still not pay that much money. And I?m actually a woman making a living blogging full time! I?m the target audience! So what does Gwyneth have to say to me? Some highlights from Dame Goop?s discussion:
GOOP is a real job: ?It?s my whole day. I basically get my kids to school, and I go into the office, and it?s really my focus right now. It?s an actual real job.”
The original concept for GOOP was to keep it private: ?It really kind of came about in a very small way, with me in the kitchen, with my girlfriends talking about ideas. I didn?t think larger at first. They said, you can?t start a [private] website! It will be public! Then I just said, ‘Oh well, I?ll just do it and make it public.? I look back and I think, ?what was I thinking?? They suggested I put it in a newsletter form.?

Gwyneth?s idea of the GOOP reader/consumer: ?It doesn?t matter what the income is, but she?s a really engaged forward-thinking person, and she wants cutting edge information and interesting options.?
She doesn?t want to do GOOP forever: ?I don?t want the brand to be inextricably linked to me. In 20 years, I want someone to say, ?Didn?t you have something to do with that???
On Chris Martin & their divorce: “I think, unfortunately, though we couldn’t stay in a romantic relationship, we’re very, our values are very much around the importance of family and the importance of those relationships and I’m lucky that we’re aligned in that way. And it’s been hard, and you know, like, we’ve gone through really difficult times with it but we’ve always said these children are our priority. What that really means is, ‘Even though today, you hate me and you never want to see me again, like, we’re going to brunch, ’cause it’s Sunday and that’s what we’ll do!’ You know, like, ‘That’s what’s happening!’ Like, the children are our commitment.?
She admits she?s not perfect: ?It’s definitely imperfect but it gets easier with time and you know, we’re really good friends. I like him. He’s great. He’s a great dad and so, I feel lucky that we both, along the way, have been able to really put down our own stuff while we’re together with the family and that we make it a priority to be together so that the transition for the children wasn’t, you know, as brutal as it could be. And everybody does it in their own way. It’s hard and I would never judge anyone for doing it any way. Just, for us, we thought if we could maintain the family even though we’re changing the shape of it, it would be, that would be our ideal scene and so, that’s what we’re trying to do.

I think GOOP probably takes up a lot of her day at this point (like, maybe four hours a day), but that was not always the case. In the first several years of GOOP, Gwyneth would often phone in her weekly Goopletters, and she wouldn?t post stuff while she was on vacation (for like two months over the summer). I?m just saying? she?s never really known what it?s like to be a full-time blogger. One weekly Goopletter for 30 weeks a year isn?t really full-time blogging. Also: she?s still not ?blogging? full time. As she?s grown GOOP into something much larger, she?s hired good people to make it into a real lifestyle site. In exchange, she lost some of the personal quirks and Gwyneth-specific attitude.

Nicole Kidman covers the August issue of Vogue (US). I think Kidman is now woman with the most American Vogue covers of all time? Does that sound right? It sounds right to me. And for sure, Kidman will probably go down in fashion history as one of the best red carpet divas of her era, but I haven?t loved Nicole?s style in years. Basically, everything post-Keith Urban has been terrible-to-boring. Still, Anna Wintour loves Kidman, so Vogue gave her this Peter Lindbergh-shot, Queen of the Desert-themed editorial (Kidman stars in Queen of the Desert, about the life of Gertrude Bell, and the film doesn?t have a release date as of yet). Kidman is striving to look mid-30s, I think. She?s 48. You can read the Vogue interview here. Some highlights:
She?s going back to London to do a play, Photograph 51: ?Keith and I always say, ?We?re doing a play,? ?We?re doing a tour,? because it is like that?the family has to do it together? Even Keith was like, ?Why are we doing this?? I need to now push myself into a place I haven?t been for a long time.?
On Keith: ?I looked up at him at one point and I saw his tattoos and his foot going, and he had the guitar, and I was like, ?God, I love that man. I?m so glad I?m in this world.? ?

Meeting Mia Wasikowska: ?I said, ?You call me anytime. Anytime you need to ask something.? That?s probably my maternal side, but it?s also a responsibility in the industry. It?s a tough world now. It always was, but it?s particularly tough now.?
Motherhood: ?I?ve experienced adoption. I?ve experienced birth with a genetic child. I?ve experienced surrogacy with a genetic child. I speak openly about it because so many of my friends are discussing it. It?s important for other women to go, ?I get it!? ?

The only thing I really learned from this Vogue article is that she?s doing a play in London. I didn?t know that. The rest was pretty much a rehash of every Kidman interview from the past few years. She and Keith are happy. She adores her two young children and she doesn?t barely mentions her two older kids, Isabella and Connor. Vogue does note that they asked Kidman about the Church of Scientology and the HBO documentary Going Clear and Vogue says Kidman ?declines to discuss? whether CoS ?actively tried to break up Cruise and Kidman?s marriage.? Vogue also notes: ?Kidman passed on the opportunity to speak to the makers of the film and has consistently turned away requests to comment out of respect for her children with Cruise.? Meaning Connor and Isabella are still very much part of CoS and they probably never see Nicole because she has been deemed the #1 Suppressive Person.

Kim Kardashian got another Vogue cover! This time it?s the August cover for Vogue Espana (Spain). Apparently, Kim did a ?makeunder? for the editorial shot by Theo Wenner. Kim is allegedly not wearing any makeup on the cover. When Kim posted the cover on Instagram, she wrote: ?Vogue Spain Cover! We did this whole shoot without make up! Can?t wait for you to see it.? Do you believe that? I do not. While I would believe that Kim is not wearing as much caked-on makeup as she normally wears, she?s totally wearing powder, some eye makeup, maybe something on her lips. Definitely some concealer too.
I will give her this, or maybe this is a compliment to Kanye: I always adore her Lorraine Schwartz ring. I know so many of you are like ?any piece of jewelry on a Kardashian is tacky by its very nature.? But I can?t help it ? Kanye picked out a really gorgeous diamond for her engagement ring. It?s 15 carats and allegedly worth $8 million. Kim loves to flash her ring and I honestly love to look at it.

On Caitlyn?s transition: “I have told Caitlyn Jenner that as long as she doesn’t steal my stylist, makeup artist, or hair stylist, we’re OK?It’s great to see her happy.?
Prayers for North: “With the first pregnancy I told Kanye that it wouldn’t be easy to grow up being our daughter because of what our daughter would have to put up with. I prayed for it. Now I know that she [North] will be able to handle it.?
The Met Gala this year: “The most difficult thing of this year was going to the Met Gala because I was a little less than two months pregnant and had nausea. I tried to eat very healthy the week before?chicken soup and salad. But my dress was transparent so I tried to suck in my stomach on the red carpet. My husband and I came up with a way that I could only take photos from the front while I was holding my breath and when I turned I would let out my breath and stay very close to Kanye to hide.”

I?m including some photos of Kim and Kanye at this year?s Met Gala so you can see how idiotic her system was ? the dress was transparent, but the design made Kim look bigger! Holding her stomach to look ?thinner? on camera was like trying to save the Titanic with some Krazy Glue.
Speaking of Kim?s weight, we?ve gotten to the point in her second pregnancy where she?s going to start lying about how much she?s gained. For the record, I do not care how much weight Kim or any other pregnant or non-pregnant woman gains. It?s none of my business and we, as a society, should have better things to do that weight-shame pregnant women specifically. But that means you don?t get to lie about how much weight you?ve gained.

The paparazzi literally took a million photos of Angelina Jolie and her two youngest children yesterday. Jolie took twins Knox and Vivienne to BookStar in Studio City yesterday. This book-buying excursion was possibly part of Viv and Knox?s birthday celebrations ? the twins turned 7 YEARS OLD (!!!) on July 12. It seems like only yesterday that Angelina posed with the twins on the cover of People Magazine.
Anyway, because there were so many photographers and fans waiting outside, we basically have every angle of Jolie and the kids leaving the bookstore. It seems like both kids got to pick out a lot of stuff and both are carrying big, heavy-looking bags. I wonder if BookStar is the kind of kid-friendly bookstore that not only sells kids? books, but educational toys and stuffed animals and stuff?
What else? Knox has gotten a haircut since I last saw him, although he seems to prefer to keep his hair kind of surfer-shaggy. Viv still strikes me as a mama?s girl ? she always seems to want to stick close to her mom no matter what. Knox, to me, looks just like a mini-Brad, but Vivienne is an interesting mix of both parents. Both kids are going to be ridiculously good-looking when they grow up.
I still loathe Angelina?s nude flats. I hope she discussed ugly shoewear when she met Duchess Kate, because they both have an affinity for really ugly nude shoes.
