She?s never single for long, and Kate Hudson found a new romantic interest in Derek Hough on the heels of her split from Matthew Bellamy.
This past Friday (December 5) the ?Skeleton Key? starlet sucked face with the ?Dancing With the Stars? stud while dining at the Nice Guy eatery in West Hollywood.
An inside source told Us Weekly, ?The were totally kissing! So scandalous!? after witnessing the tonsil hockey session. Previously, Hudson?s rep told E! News that Kate and Matt ?have been separated for some time now.? They have a son named Bellamy together.

She?s gearing up for the arrival of her new studio album and earlier this week Rihanna released a preview of one of her forthcoming tracks.
The ?We Found Love? singer sparked speculation that she?s expecting her first child thanks to a lyric about the ?baby growing inside me.? Ri-Ri?s Instagram post contained the caption, ?phuck wit nuno,? and other than that, she hasn?t offered up any further information.
Meanwhile, Rihanna?s abusive ex-boyfriend Chris Brown recently apologized to his now-ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran for publicly accusing her of cheating on him with Drake.

Earlier this week we heard that Kate Hudson and her fiance, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy, were off-again and that they “have been separated for some time now” according to Kate’s rep. This was despite the fact that Kate was seen attending an event with Matt less than three weeks ago. Judging solely from photos, if their relationship was off at that point, Matt didn’t seem to know about it. That’s pure assumption of course, but it’s the impression I guess. At that same event was Dancing With The Stars professional Derek Hough, who was spotted out on a date with Kate over the weekend. US Weekly reported that the two are an item, and now they’re claiming that Kate and Derek were seen kissing on that date.
The longtime (dance-off!) friends quickly got intimate — and didn’t care who was looking — after they arrived at L.A.’s restaurant the Nice Guy at 11 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5.
They “were totally kissing,” an insider tells Us of Hudson, 35, and the Dancing With the Stars pro, 29. “So scandalous!”
Shocking perhaps, but Hudson and Bellamy, who share 3-year-old son Bingham, had already broken up by then. “Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now,” a rep for Bellamy, 36, told Us on Tuesday, Dec. 9. “Despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents.”
Hudson appears to share the same sentiment. “She says that Matt’s a really great guy, but they’re no longer together,” a pal tells Us. The split “wasn’t anything big and emotional.”

Of course this whole story could be an elaborate ruse. Lainey Gossip reports that Kate and Derek’s sister, Julianne Hough, are close friends and that the two share a publicist. *cough* We’ve heard of several of Derek’s hookups with Julianne’s friends, like Nikki Reed and Nina Dobrev. Then again, both of those women got with Hough right after their high profile relationships ended. The dude has a definite pattern.

I know no one will care about this Emily Blunt post, but I’m writing it anyway. She’s not a fameho — she just shows up and gets the job done without a whiff of controversy. She behaves like a pro, and you never hear anything say a bad word about her or John Krasinski. Anyway, Emily is promoting Into the Woods after Monday night’s premiere. She’s doing the rounds with People and touching upon new motherhood. Emily said, “You don?t know what to expect because it’s just completely, existentially out of anything that you?ve ever experienced before, and it?s quite indescribable … It?s heaven.” See? She’s lovely.
Emily also talked to E! and gave John a hard time by telling the world he cried during her new movie. Emily also says she won’t be buying baby Hazel a Kindle (or any other type of gadget) anytime soon:
Turns out John Krasinski has already seen Into The Woods on the big screen and he couldn’t help but fall in love.
“He cried. He absolutely loved it,” Blunt revealed to E! News before the film hits theatres Christmas Day. “I think he was so moved by it by what it’s saying to this generation and that idea of nobody being alone at the end. It’s such an amazing theme running through this film.”
She added, “Yes it’s a musical but it’s not just a spectacle. It says some really profound things like be careful what you say to children. Children will listen.”
Speaking of kids, the happily married couple is hard at work raising their nine-month-old daughter Hazel at home.
The Disney fairytale has definitely reminded the parents to focus on following traditions such as reading fairytale books to their daughter.
“She’s nine months old but she understands. She sits on me, this little thing, and she understands turning a page already and going on a journey,” Blunt shared. “I think that’s amazing.”
“I think everything is on a gadget nowadays and I just want her to have the satisfaction I had as a kid,” she continued. “You want things to be sensory for kids.”
You mean no technology? No fancy gadgets? Not any time soon! In fact, Blunt doesn’t even know how to use them.
“I think kids are just remarkable on these things,” the actress shared. “I’m a dinosaur with them. I barely know how to turn things on. She’s going to teach me more than any computer class.”

Emily’s got the right idea about books. I almost exclusively read on Kindle now because it’s so convenient. The books are usually cheaper that way, and it’s a space-saving device. But the tactile experience of learning to read with real books is valuable to kids. My daughter chewed up so many books when she was a baby, but she loved learning to turn those pages. Emily has the right idea, definitely.
Here’s a clip of Emily visiting David Letterman in late November. She talks about how she saved Meryl Streep from falling head first onto concrete. Emily said, “Rob Marshall and James Corden froze. Didn?t move. And the pregnant woman caught her.” Busted.

Nicole Kidman?s wax figure covers the January issue of Elle. Wait, what?s that? No joke? That?s the real Kidman posing on the cover?! Get out of town. The Dior shorts cover is the subscriber?s cover and it?s terrible. The newsstand cover is a little bit better. Anyway, Nicole covers the January issue because she?s promoting Paddington, which still looks terrifying to me but I?ve heard some people say that it?s actually a lovely family film. Nicole has had a really rough year with the passing of her father and, to a lesser degree, the utter failure of Grace of Monaco. Nic needs a win! So maybe Paddington will be that win. Did she really only know Keith for a month before they got married? I feel like they were together for longer than that, but maybe she?s talking about getting engaged after a month. Which is still kind of wacky when you think about it. And I love that Elle published that bit about Nicole?s publicist barking ?OFF THE RECORD? when Nicole talked about babies. What, is it a state secret that Nicole wishes she could be pregnant right now? I believe that too ? she?s baby-crazy right now. Maybe she and Keith should adopt a kid?

And finally, here are the photos of Duchess Kate and Prince William?s final evening event for their whirlwind American trip. They attended the St. Andrews 600th Anniversary Dinner at the Metropolitan Museum of Art last night. This was probably the best photo event from their entire trip ? they seemed to actually spend some time posing for photos on the MmoA steps.
Duchess Kate did a repeat! This dress is Jenny Packham, and she wore back in February of this year, to an event in London. Remember these photos? It was the first time the Queen allowed Kate to borrow some major diamonds from the royal collection and Kate?s sausage curls sort of ruined the look because we couldn?t even see the jewelry. Kate didn?t make the same mistake last night though ? she finally pulled her hair back for a sophisticated evening event, hallelujah. And Kate once again had some bling to show off: her earrings are MAJOR diamonds and emeralds. According to the royal reporters, these rocks are not ?borrowed?. They were a ?private gift.? Oh, and there?s a matching bracelet? YES.
As for the fact that Kate re-wore a dress that she originally wore when she wasn?t pregnant? I?m not really surprised. She?s not showing that much and the waist on this gown is pretty high. High enough to accommodate her small bump. I do wish she?d worn something we hadn?t seen before, especially since we know she?s got a closet full of clothes we?ve never seen, but whatever. The Packham is pretty and I like it more on its second outing than the first.

I keep saying Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are a disaster in the making. Anyone who’s paid attention knows this relationship is bad news. Emma and Evan are dramatically engaged. They live together and work together on the set of American Horror Story. These two allegedly set aside their differences after Emma was arrested for domestic violence in 2013. They also endured an explosive fight at this summer’s Comic-Con. With both fights, Emma was said to be the aggressor.
This week’s issue of OK! magazine says Emma and Evan have continued their squabbling in front of the AHS cast and crew. They argue, and they make up, and they make out in front of everyone. It’s pretty gross, apparently. Here are the details:
The cast and crew of American Horror Story aren’t easy to shock, but Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are trying their best! Sources say engaged stars Emma, 23, and Evan, 27, are constantly kissing or fighting — and it’s driving their castmates crazy.
“Basically, as soon as the director yells “Cut,” Emma and Evan are making out,” says a source. “That is, if they’re not screaming at each other.”
Well, at least they don’t lack passion: Last year, Emma was arrested in Montreal after she allegedly attacked Evan in a hotel room. How romantic!

I don’t mean to minimize the domestic violence aspect of this coupling because — for real — it is an important fact. But the over-the-top PDA is really bizarre, right? Holding hands in public is totally cool. Smooching during the initial courtship phase is understandable. But full on “making out” in public, two years in a relationship? Very high school. I will never understand the desire to publicly kiss and grope as adults. It feels like overcompensation. Someone needs to prove something to everyone else. Emma’s PR once said she and Evan are “passionate and extreme.” I still say they’re trouble.
Related: Emma’s career has hit a stride since turning to television. Hollywood Reporter says Emma signed on to Ryan Murphy’s new Scream Queens series along with Jamie Lee Curtis. Emma plays a university student, and the series will be an anthology in the manner of AHS. Should be appropriately weird.

This week Kate Hudson's rep announced that she and Matthew Bellamy split up some time ago, and rumor has it she?s already moving on.
According to E! News, the ?Almost Famous? starlet was spotted kissing Derek Hough at the Nice Guy restaurant in Los Angeles this past Friday evening (December 5). Kate and the ?Dancing with the Stars? stud have been friends for years and it?s only natural that they may have developed feelings for each other.
